Do not go to this sight. I had booked two nights and rang 2 days before my arrival date to ask the latest time I could arrive on the first night as my husband was having to work late . The lady who answered the phone ( the owner) was so rude, un helpful. I was told I had to arrive before 7. I said I would not be able to make 7 and she said it was not her problem . I then asked what time I could come the next day , I was told 10:30 even though I had paid for the night before . I was then told she had ran the site for 33 years etc…. God knows how she had with the terrible attitude she has towards people. On the night I was supposed to arrive she rang me at 6:15 to say it would be ok for me now to come . I said I lived 4 hours away . This was evidently because our friends had turned up as planned, ( which I did say was going to happen ) It’s supposed to be family and dog friendly but it definatly is not . If you have a dog you have to work it outside the property on a fast road with no paths . The pitches are very small and close together. You are not allowed to use electric household kettles with your electric hookup as it trips . I have been using campsites for 40 years and never met such a rude person who runs a site.
Was not offered any refund for the day I was told I could not make before 7:00

От менеджера: We are sorry that you feel this way but when you read the terms and conditions it does state what time you can arrive. With opening and closing hours. If this time was not convince for you which it clearly wasn’t then you should have looked for a site that accommodates your needs. Also with in the terms and conditions it does state that there is no refunds with in a time scale. As you did not meet this time scale then the terms and conditions do have to be followed. There are plenty of public footpaths a few meters away from the caravan site with a large grass strip to walk to them as you will see from previous comments that we are in the countryside and there are multiple footpaths that take you to the Malvern hills but the country code does have to be followed. We hope that you find another site that will accommodate your needs of arriving past there opening hours .

Понравилось Was good could get on from 10.30am as meant we could leave our other place and get straight on. Didnt have to be paying early fee. Didnt have to pay late check out either. You do have to pay £5 deposit what get back for toilet keys. 50p token for shower. Was ok as we just stayed for one night till we could travel on to our next destination.

Понравилось Everything!
Fabulous little site, super helpful and pleasant family that run it. Kept our group together for the weekend (three campers and a large tent)
We had a fantastic and what felt like private pitch all to ourselves. (4EHU pitches all together)
Facilities were lovely and clean, plenty of nice hot water and just generally a really lovely site.
(Even had a few feral farm kittens in the barns. They kept us occupied all weekend. 😍)

Понравилось Our stay at kings green caravan park was lovely.The couple who run the site was really nice they came round to see if everything was OK and making sure we where happy with our pitch it was a very clean site showers and toilets was really clean. Fishing was unbelievable my partner loved it we will be definitely be going back there .

Понравилось We stayed at Kings Green Caravan Park August 2025. We chose it because it was reasonably priced and had laundry facilities and we needed a utility stop. Just £20 a night was a bargain.

It’s a lovely site on a working farm and it is immaculate. Very quiet mid week and mostly caravans but has field camping and electric hook up if you need to plug in (we didn’t go on an electric hook up but from memory it really was only a couple of £’s more if you needed EHU) it has laundry facilities, Elsan, grey water, fresh water points, showers, loos, bins, wash up. The showers and laundry are token based (50p shower £2 washer and £2 dryer. Cheap as chips!) if you’re using the laundry, the key is yours until you’ve finished so it’s not a shared space which was brilliant. It’s a large room with washer, dryer, sink and ironing boards and you come and go as you please while you’re waiting for the appliances to finish. (Irons are also chargeable but I didn’t use those - I don’t iron, awful contraptions)

At the back of the property are two beautiful fish ponds. It’s only £5 for a day ticket and in 15 minutes we watched one guy pull out 4 decent carp with another chap we spoke to packing up because he’d had enough. He’d lost count. I’ve never seen water like it. A fish a chuck and I mean within seconds of the bait hitting the water. No shy carp here. They are very friendly fish. A few greedy perch in there too. I think we’d go back here just for the fishing ponds.

The owners are lovely too, really nice family. Oh and cute farm cats if you’re lucky enough to see one - what’s not to love.

Не понравилось Not disabled friendly if you have a dog, you can’t walk your dog around the site you have to take them off site along a grass verge on a busy country lane, (not easy if you use a stick and have walking difficulties)to a public footpath, all other footpaths had stiles, too high for me or dog to get over. Tokens for showers that last 6 minutes, you need to get undressed in cubicles then go into shower block to put your token in, no temperature control on shower and not very powerful, I had to finish rinsing my hair under tap. My husband would have liked to go fishing but couldn’t leave me to take the dog out.
