Понравилось The site is very clean and the pitches are perfect. The bathroom facilities are spotless lovely warm showers. Staff I spoke to on the phone very friendly.

Понравилось This camp is probably one of the most organised camps we have stopped at, the check in at reception was quick and straight forward, the amenities were clean and tidy, pitches were nice and big and plenty of room between them, WiFi free and good, camp easy to find just off the M5, short bus journey to Cheltenham and Gloucester right outside the camp entrance,

Не понравилось It didn't bother us but just bare in mind there are quite a few airplanes flying over quite late and early in the morning.

Понравилось Great well presented site which you can tell is very well looked after by the staff.
Not a negative for us but be aware you can hear motor vehicles and a near by airfield.
Nearby Harvester was a real treat.
Lovely dog walk with quality benches.
A 1 night stop and we would be back again if passing.

Не понравилось We left one day early as the road noise is so bad (lost £40) the hard standing so called level pitch was very uneven all loose and dirty wrappers and rubbish all over, I watched as people left and then arrived BUT no cleaning of pitches,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Our team does check all pitches daily, and had you popped into reception during your stay, we would have been more than happy to offer you an alternative pitch.

With regard to our location, it is clearly shown on the map, and many of our guests choose Briarfields for its excellent accessibility, including the dedicated cycle path to both Cheltenham and Gloucester and the 24-hour bus service just outside the gate.

We understand that we can’t please everyone all the time, but we’re very proud of the hard work our team puts in and are grateful that the vast majority of our guests are very happy with their experience, as reflected in our many positive reviews.

Понравилось LOVE this site - will definitely be back!
We stayed just for the weekend as we attended an event nearby & we were blown away by how lovely this site is. Super friendly staff at check in, clear instructions. The camping pod was pristine, all the basic amenities you need & plenty of space from the other pods. Toilets & showers were spotless & loved the extra facilities you could use like laundry! Campsite is also close by to plenty of shops, restaurants etc & plenty to choose from on just eat.
Totally exceeded all expectations! We’re looking to book a week for next year already ☺️

Понравилось The pitches are large and contained.
Showers snd toilets are beautifully clean and well set up with piped music at all times. Washing up area and disposal areas are great. Friendly and helpful staff. Love it .
Buses outside the camp to Gloucester and Cheltenham superb.
