Gostou Very rural, beautiful location, and can walk straight up Helvellyn from a pathway close by. Owners were lovely. Facilities were good. Bus at end of the lane to Keswick and Ambleside. Good pub up the road. All perfect!

Gostou Great location, not too many tents, clean toilets and showers, site really well kept and pretty, pub 1 mile away is decent and does good food. Not too far a drive to Harlech and the beach which are both lovely. Similarly for Porthmadog. Some good hill walks at the back of the campsite. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Gostou Wonderful 'no-frills' campsite. Great location near the beach, picturesque area, lovely villages. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Não gostou Not a fan of the take your own toilet paper, not a major issue, just something extra to remember when camping!

Gostou We stayed in a self-contained lodge. Was simple but lovely and had most things we needed. The whole site itself is lovely, the bar is well run with a large beer garden. Staff are friendly.

Não gostou Some work needed but we were told, and it was evident that there are plans to upgrade some areas of the site.
