Gostou Peaceful and quiet, privacy (hedges), cleanliness and tidiness of site, adults only, facilities block excellent, indoor washing up area. Location great and easy access from A140. Dog friendly.

Não gostou Hot water for washing up could have been hotter. That’s the only small gripe. Also it would have been nice to see at least one staff member or person on site.

Gostou Friendly prompt greeting on arrival, shown quickly to our pitch and given flexibility of which way to pitch Campervan and awning. Clean, pretty site with good facilities block, although a little tired.

Não gostou Road noise was disturbing. (We were on pitch 25) Maybe if you are pitched further away from the road it might not be so bad but heavy traffic started at 6am ish and continued throughout the day).

Do gestor: Thanks Ian for taking time to leave a review and we appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry you were troubled by road noise. The lane outside the park isn't a main road but there were recently electric cables being renewed along the lane so the power company had vans on the lane and there's sometimes farm vehicles as we are surrounded by farm fields. If you visit again you are more than welcome to specify a pitch or area you'd like to be. Best wishes.

Gostou We arrived late but had phoned ahead to advise of this, the receptionist left an envelope pinned outside the office door, which contained a site map, pitch number and our invoice. Fantastic large h/s pitch with EHU and water tap close by. A really quiet site at this time of year but the real gem was discovering the “Coach House” bar/ bistro on site between the two wings of the main house. Fabulous food, great welcome and staff and dog friendly too. We returned for a fantastic breakfast before leaving the next day. We will definitely book again next time we need a stopover or fancy a longer stay.

Gostou Location and site access from road. Facilities block (brand new). Value for money.

Não gostou Hard standing Pitches too close to each other and too close to opposite row, also totally open aspect with no privacy or seclusion. Unclear how to set up on pitch number so we saw several other guests struggling with where and how to pitch their units. Ie Which grass belongs to which pitch?
