Gostou Lovely welcome from Michael. Our pitch and the facilities were all super clean. Undercover dish washing area with hot water, sink plugs and a drainer. Greatest Hits radio playing in the toilet block was a delight! Friendly campers :)

Não gostou It’s on the flight path/near to Gloucester airport so whilst it’s interesting seeing all the private jets coming into land, it’s not always peaceful.

Gostou Nice friendly check-in. Easy to find. Facilities close to pitch. Nice collection of feathered friends. Facilities clean but need to remember to take your own loo paper.

Gostou The whole site and the wonderful owner. Our campervan needed a bit of TLC and he not only helped us out but also allowed us to use his workshop and tools. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Gostou Very clean site. Helpful staff who even contacted us on our way to them to see if we wanted to order bread for the next day. Swimming pool looked lovely (our stay was just an o/n one so unable to have a swim). Newer washing block has hit water for washing dishes. Lovely scenery. Didn’t use wifi so unable to comment on it.

Não gostou Some of the pitches are easier to find than others.

Gostou Lovely site. Well-kept, shaded pitches. Erin was helpful checking us in. Had we stayed longer it would have been nice to play tennis on the site’s court and see more of the surrounding area. Didn’t need to use wifi so not able to comment on how good it is.

Gostou All of it! The welcome from the farm’s chickens and ducks was nice. Very clean site, good roomy pitches, hot, free showers, hot water for washing dishes, friendly owner, very reasonable and well placed for canal activities, country walks/runs, nice towns and pubs.

Não gostou Nothing. The weather was awful but we still had a lovely time. Disagree with those who say it is a very basic site - it has got hot water and flushing toilets so not basic at all!

Gostou Lovely, small, clean, level, site. Simple but that's what we like. Friendly owners. Nice hearing cows moo-ing! Good kitchen area i.e. Sinks that drain and a handy fridge freezer. Nice warm showers with no need for tokens or change. Good for Builth, Llandrindod etc. Hugely under-priced.
