Lote tenda ou Atrelado-tenda relva com eletricidade
Gostou The scenic views, pitch was a good size too.
Não gostou The owners appeared to be nice until we made too much noise, a simple knock on the tent would have been sufficient however the male owner approached the tent hit it and shouted ‘when are you f***ing going home’ we responded with tomorrow and he replied saying ‘I want you f***ing gone early’
The following morning both the male and female approached the tent at 9 am punching the side of our tent, I had to physically move my disabled child who has a VP shunt inside his head away from the side as they were hitting approximately an inch above his head. For context a hit to his shunt can be absolutely fatal resulting in death. The male was shouting ‘I want a f****ing word with you now’. Our male party exited the tent to be greeted with obscene language such as ‘you f****ing k***head’ the female screamed that she would ‘remove all the f***ing pegs from our tent’. Not one member of our party raised their voices to the owners, not once. They were only attempting to diffuse the situation but both owners got more and more aggressive. Once packed up I went to the toilet with my child, the female owner followed me inside. When we exited the cubicle we were greeted with her aggressively mopping the floor whilst making direct eye contact with myself and my child. I said thank you for letting me pass by, the response was an extremely loud huff. The male member of our party went to ask for the deposit back for the fire pit hire before we left the female owner expressed ‘I will find any excuse not to f***ing give you this back’ again we were met with obscene language; they even described us as being tramps. Then they laughed and said they would report us for drink driving (clearly was not the case)
Over all this site seemed nice but once you upset them by doing one single thing wrong you are met with complete hostility, aggressiveness and unprofessionalism. Our party consisted of two adults and four children. One child is extremely disabled with mobility issues, a shunt in situ and a brain injury. Two otherst have autism and adhd; they are all absolutely traumatised by these events!

Do gestor: Thank you for your feedback. While we welcome all reviews, we must firmly clarify the context of this situation, as your account does not accurately reflect what occurred. Our site enforces a strict quiet-hours policy to ensure all guests can sleep peacefully. We received a formal complaint from other campers regarding your party's excessive noise at 2:40 am. When our team had to intervene at this highly unreasonable hour to protect the peace of the site, they were met with non-compliance. At no point was any child's safety put at risk, nor did our team conduct themselves in the manner described. We have a duty of care to everyone staying with us. While we always aim to handle situations politely, we expect our site rules—and our staff—to be treated with respect.
