Gostou Liked the location and the fact that you could pitch up anywhere On the field. The showers and toilets were great and roomy. Nice to have the cafe on site too.

Gostou Liked the rustic feel of the campsite. The provision and use of the campsite kitchen with its couches and items to purchase were an added bonus. Liz also has available blankets for those cold nights under canvas. It's was nice to see the calves in the next field as well as the turkeys running freely around the campsite.

Gostou This is a typical working farm utilising a field and buildings to provide camping facilities. Liz was uber friendly offering tea and coffee for the campers but not only that, she provides the use of blankets for cold nights if your under canvas. There is also an added bonus of a kitchen with sofas with additional use of everyday products like hairdryer, etc. We enjoyed watching the calves in the next field and the turkeys that walked round the campsite. The following morning we were graced with 9 guinea fowl walking round the field with the calves. The campsite field isnt flat but that adds to the overall experience. Great value for this rustic working farm camping adventure.

Não gostou Was asked to let the site know what time we were to arrive which we did. Told to text call when artived at the gate. I text that arrival would be 11.40. We arrived at 11.38. Text the site requesting access code...waited 10 mins then rang the number and had to leave a message that we were at the gate. 20 mins later and still sat at the gate waiting for access code. Started looking for another site when we received the call with the code. We were left waiting nearly 25 mins. Accessed the site and instructed to drive through the large site, passed the lodges and toilet/office block and over a small bridge to a field where there were what looked like storage of caravans of which one had broken window. All old caravans. Recrived a text message with bank trsnsfer details for balance of payment. No one in the office or rhe site. Only one pitch in use with a tent and family of four. We went to the toilet/ shower area and it was disgusting. Unclean, no paper towels so had to use toilet paper to dry our hands. With this we got back in our van and left the site. I left a text message stating the we were not staying at the site.

Gostou The shower, albeit cost a £1 was hot and lasted a fair while. There were three areas for pitches with the lower level being sheltered from the wind. It is a basic site and if all you want to do is sit out and chill then this is the site for you. It was hard to find and had to ring the owner to obtain precise location. It states WIFI but the signal was intermittent, basically not existant. Not much in the area either.

Gostou It's the second time we have stayed there this month and will stay again when next in the area. Site Manager, Chris, is very helpful and accommodating. The site, on two levels, is good where you are allowed to pitch up where you want. The facilities are brilliant, in fact, I would say the best campsite facilities we have experienced. They are spacious and very clean.

Gostou Stunning views and sunsets. Location good as you have the coastal path to two beaches with cafés, shops etc. The site owner is very helpful as we had a problem and she helped us resolve it. The pitches are not restriced, the showers and toilets, I was a bit dubious about but they are fantastic. No pushing shower buttons every two minutes here. The rain shower heads are great too. Each day there are fresh flowers in the jug between the two Belfast sinks, this brought a smile to my face each day. Brilliant site, brilliant prices. We will be back.

Gostou The host wanst there when we arrived but did come over to introduce herself to us which we thought was nice. The services, I.e. showers and toilets were very roomy and clean. The pitches were very spacious and the view outstanding. We visited Aberaeron taking the coastal path and cought the late bus back which dropped us off right outside the campsite entrance which we thought was good.

Não gostou Not a dislike but WIFI would have been great. We understand that the campsite is still relatively new and improvements and updates are ongoing. Would definitely visit again.

I’m glad I was able to come over and meet you properly even though I was not onsite when you arrived, and it’s great to hear you found the showers, toilets and spacious pitches clean and comfortable. The view is always a highlight, and it’s nice to know you enjoyed the coastal walk into Aberaeron — catching the late bus back to be dropped right at the entrance is definitely a bonus. Gostou Chis is a brilliant site manager, the pitches were spacious...we pitched on the lower field by the river and the toilets and showers, what can I say, the best I've ever seen. They were spacious, clean and had everything you need. We definitely will be back. And, to top it all we had the experience of the RAF low flying fighter jets training along the valley. What a bonus.

Gostou The location of the site is perfect for hikers going up Mam Tor as the site is at the base. As the site is a working farm you take the camping areas as you find them. You have to find a good level spot. Toilets great and clean as was the dish wah area.

Não gostou Was a bit concerned as to a bunch of males setting up camp. We were drawn to watching them due to the size of their cooking pot. It was huge. Their cars and numbers started mounting. We counted 10 vehicles!
