Gostou Lots of space, well mowed flat pitches , clean facilities . Eco toilets are spotless but are in rather small raised huts. You have to reverse in ...beep beep beep ...

Gostou Simply the best site I have ever stayed at.. Ever... Only 9 pitches guaranteed peace, privacy and incredible views. Facilities perfect, hot showers, a proper kitchen to cook and clean, farm sausages and cider for sale.... The owners are incredibly friendly and clearly want to make your stay as good as possible.

Gostou Location is good as it was only 30 mins walk into town across fields.

Não gostou Showers lukewarm at best. Awful push button ones. Very noisy on arrival thanks to a group of lads having a loud party in the middle. They left around 9.30pm and didn't return. Next day was empty and dikeng. No reception as such. Just turn up and pitch.

Do gestor: Hello I’m sorry you had this experience and it must have been quite frightening for you. We are a small family run site and that day happened to be my partner’s birthday, so we had gone out 5-7 for dinner. As soon as we got back we were told about this behaviour (not by you though?) upon learning this we asked them to leave. Sometimes situations occur and I am pleased that we were able to deal with it as soon as it was brought to our attention. There is a large sign with my phone number, which had you have rang it could have been dealt with sooner. Larger, more corporate sites have a security team and are permanently staffed but it’s not something we are looking to do as we feel our customers enjoy how laid back the site is and that we can offer a new toilet and shower block with bar area, for just £20

Gostou Cheap Access to Bude and coast

Não gostou I'm not looking to offend but this sites facilities are way below par in terms of quality and cleanliness compared to those I have used on my trip round cornwall. They really need a revamp and clean. I had a cold "solar heated" shower. Washing sink blocked and compost loos starting to reach the lid. Site is also very steep with limited flatter pitches. 2 sets of chocks didn't get my van level!

Gostou Cheap

Não gostou Defo a family site and not one for a quiet stop. 8pm curfew went unnoticed by all. Facilities commensurate with cost of stay but rather crude (pallets and tin sheet ) shower and toilets inadequate for size of site imho. Owners seem to be genuinely keen to make it work though.

Do gestor: Thank you for your rating. Sadly we can not be everything to everyone. We make no bones about the facilities being basic and clearly state that in the description. Basic they ma may be but they are clean, functional and where hot water is needed there is hot water.

Não gostou Sloped site. Very noisy due to large group of kids in middle of the field on a walking trip. Lot of traffic to farm through afternoon and early evening. Showers not working properly.

Não gostou Needs a bigger toilet / shower block. Very noisy first night thanks to feral children playing very loudly till 10.30. Second night peaceful.

Gostou This is the type of site you fondly remember as a child. Positioned right on the marshes edge, miles from anywhere. Open layout with proper showers and amazing views. Spent 2 days wandering the coast, visiting Wells and chilling. Lovely.
