Não gostou Site a bit untidy and needed a freshen up. I know it was the end of the season but this was historic and could have been attended too. If you don't mind basic it's fine.

Do gestor: Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, dont suppose you had the terrible stormy weather all last week this storm caused many of my seasonal storm damage so if this is what you are referring to so sorry, as for more detail yes this is what i do but again one can only do what is possible, i am on a weekly basis supplying hooks in showers, again i am so sorry this spoilt your stay, but due to the weather on Friday and Saturday i suppose the frustration had to be taken out on me

Gostou nothing at all

Não gostou We booked this for 4 nights. Google maps took us to a quarry. Driving on along the country lane we soon found it on the left. Reception is a small wooden shed that was locked. There was nobody there. We parked up as after a 3hr drive we all needed to use the bathroom facilities before pitching. The toilets were the worst I have ever seen - at any campsite. There was poo on the floor and stuck inside the toilet bowl. The mens seemed worse, from what my 8 year old and my husband described, and they could tell it had not been cleaned for some time. Their sink was adorned with many dead flies. We got in our car and left.

Gostou I loved my short stay at Nine Acres!
It had everything we needed. Owners were very friendly. It was very peaceful, the bar was well stocked and the food smelt delicious 😍

Gostou Very friendly atmosphere, nice little bar, spacious pitches. Access to the most amazing beach, which was almost empty of people on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon.

Gostou Everyone at the site were really friendly. The site was busy as we visited on bank holiday weekend but there was still plenty of space for the children to ride their bikes and play games around the site. There was some bike racing organised which was enjoyed by about 15 kids pinning it around the course trying to beat their own, or friends and siblings, previous times. The bar and kitchen were a nice addition with a good selection of food and drink. We were lucky enough to be there at the same time as a previous XFactor contestant who got the karaoke up and running providing some good entertainment in the evening. Durning the day, visiting Ginst point was a highlight as passing through the security gates and past the MOD land made it feel like a real adventure. Once on the beach it felt like we had the place to ourselves as we enjoyed a swim and collected some cockles for our tea. Pendine was also nice and had some interesting caves and rock pools to explore.

Gostou Lovely place only stayed 1 night but will definitely be returning. Staff are so friendly and made you feel very welcome

Não gostou Not a single sign of site manager / owner reception was achieved via phone number on pitch up …..… The advertised services .. of evening food and drink ..did not materialise …. Toilets and showers needed updating… empty bottles and glasses left in communal areas. This was a mid August stop over and we are left feeling very unhappy from a comparatively expensive site that failed to deliver the facilities it advertised ….

Do gestor: Thank you for taking the time to review your 1 night stay, and finding everything unacceptable to you, the glasses were being returned from visitors that had permission from me to take there drinks back to there pitches, as well there had been a few parties that had a leaving party, but why am i explaining this to you you were obviously not liking anything. The bar would have been open on request as well as the kitchen
