Gostou The site was clean and well maintained .Micheal from reception was welcoming and happy bloke ,. Toilets and facilities were good . Pool was warm and well managed , people in pool area were alert

Não gostou entertainment was ok , possibly because there were not many people in the room it fell a bit flat .They tried their best to be honest but not for me

Gostou The campsite warden was nice. Clean toilets/showers although they’re portacabin toilets.

Não gostou The fact that as “proper” campers you are completely forgotten about from reception who are hopeless and clueless. Simple cheap things could make huge improvements such as putting in a freezer for storing ice blocks. In all honesty the place would be better off just getting rid of the field they use for tents and put it all to hard standing for caravans and mobile homes. The pool was adequate but nothing much to write home about. What was really surprising was that we wanted to book activities for our toddler daughter that started at 10am so went to talk to reception who said they didn’t know anything about activities (they’re reception?? Surely it’s their job to know??) and told us to go to activities hub at 10 when they open so we couldn’t do the activities our daughter wanted to do. Softplay is advertised but then costs outrageous amount of money a day. As a Parkdean holiday we expected it to be family friendly and geared up for young kids but nothing starts to open until 9/10 and quiet time isn’t until 11pm which was great for the stag do staying in the field opposite us. All in all thoroughly disappointed and put off Parkdean for life.

Gostou Management was friendly.
The man on the pitch-field was nice.

Não gostou The booking over pitchup hadnt reached the campsite. (No information flowed.)
We had to wait more than 45 Minutes without knowing, if we could stay.
They had to organize at the campsite, that we could get a pitch.
The management could not handle the identnumber of pitup and asked for their own internal referencenumber.
They charged us 82 pound instead the confirmed 79 Pound shown on the pitchup-Website.
They did not manage to combine two bookings. so that we could only stay for one instead of two nights.

Gostou This Park Dean Resort was perfect for families with young children. The indoor pool was fun with music. The entertainment was great with plenty to entertain adults and children. Park in the centre of the holiday park was lovely. The outdoor seating with a eatery for you to sit back enjoy the sunshine but keep an eye on your children in the park was a lovely add. We went to some lovely places nearby. Including, St Michael's Mount, Lizard Point, Porthleven which was one of my favourites with a massive lake with swan boats to hire
a outdoor cinema and a very big park with cafe this being in Coronation Park. Would stay here again. Recommend to anyone who wants to see more of Cornwall.

Gostou Pitch size and location within the complex. Loads to do for kids, and clean facilities. Staff were very helpful. Loads of toilets and showers for the size of the camp area.

Não gostou The accessibility/family wet room smelled. Affordable for a weekend in June, but have checked the price for the same stay in August and camp price is unaffordable considering you are just camping.

Gostou Lovely camping field, lots of space around each pitch and quiet as away from the club house/entertainment area.
Clean toilets and warm showers, staff regularly around and always friendly.
Pool was great, warm, clean and we managed to get a swim each day without booking.
Didn't use the club house/bar as not our thing, but looked lively.

Não gostou WiFi not great- not a negative, just something people need to be aware in this part of cornwall
