Gostou Had a great indoor playroom with pool tables, badminton net, big tv and sofas

Não gostou Spaces were set out in a strange way Electricity was £6 for one night! Some showers had no hot water

Do gerente: After the busy season we make an assessment of how many people are on site and how many facilities need to be open. On the day you were here there were 2 pitches booked , a total of 4 people . We felt that having the 2 double showers in the family block open was more than adequate for the number of people. The water was hot , the heating was on, there was plenty of toilet rolls, hand sanitizer, hand soap, anti viral spray etc. The facilities were clean. On arrival you were told that hot water was in the family block. Most people prefer this, the shower rooms are large, and warm. There are signs directing you to the family showers and asking you to inform us if this is a problem. You were given a free choice of any pitch you wanted . You were also reminded that you had not opted to purchase electric. Despite not paying in advance for the electric you plugged in and used electric , for which there is an advertised additional fee. It is your choice to opt in or out for EHU . Glad you appreciated the fully open games room and the excellent WiFi .

Gostou Immaculately clean everywhere, grounds, toilets, showers etc etc and brilliant location with the gates to the forest right on the site. We were greeted on arrival by the lovely owner and were able to just select our own pitch and the pitches are huge. Owners left us to our own devices but were close by if needed. This is one of few that have NOT hiked up their prices because of the current covid restrictions. Could not fault this site at all and thank you for our wonderful stay.

Não gostou Our hearts sank as soon as we drove from reception to find our pitch. It looked like an abandoned campsite in need of some serious grounds maintenance. Hard standing pitches had so many weeds and grass growing through the stones they were actually really grass pitches. The hook up was only 10amp not 16amp. There were what looked like abandoned vehicles parked up rotting away on some of the pitches. The grounds were so poorly kept. The bin areas were a mess. We didn’t use the showers or toilets as we are self contained. On speaking to the people in the motorhome next to us, they were equally disappointed and said that there is a sister site that they usually stay on and that one is really nice. We had paid for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 because the whole site was so depressing we just didn’t want to go back there for the last night.
