Gostou Good pitch, easily accessible. Excellent facilities - clean and lots of hot water. We also liked the site pub/ bar We had a problem with our leisure battery - staff were incredibly helpful in trying to sort this out Well situated for Ullswater and northern lakes

Gostou Nice big pitch - hard standing for camper van and grass for the awning (we paid for a premium pitch)

Não gostou The site was very busy and sometimes noisy. Facilities were ok but the smaller washrooms were not very clean. Didn’t mind paying for shower tokens - but did mind that the water wasn’t hot. Would have liked prior warning that the restaurant was closing early on the day we arrived. Site appeared unkempt in parts - swimming pool was empty and looked as if would need attention before it could be filled

Gostou Amazing view, plenty of space and easy access to the costal path

Não gostou Toilet & shower facilities - there weren’t enough toilets and showers for the number of people on the site and the cleaning schedule was inadequate
