Do gerente: Hi there thanks for your review and comments and we look forward to seeing you again in the future. Whilst its helpful to have comments about maintenance issues, the proper forum is to let reception know at the time and the team will do their best to fix them for you. We are always trying to make improvements to the facilities to keep them in tip top condition.
