Gostou Host was warm and welcoming. A few issues in the begining but the owner sorted this out in a timely manner. Quiet campsite with plenty of open space for kids to play. No facilities for children but the open space, foodball, Frisbees and toys we took with was plently enough. We went as a group, with 2 other tents and most of the time we were the only ones there. It is very basic, 2 toilets (one a shed toilet and another in the main building), with 1 shower. We were a bit concerned by the £1 for 10 minutes shower but this was plenty of time and lots of space to get kids and myself all showered and dresses. WiFi was in and out but ideally we wanted a stay where kids were away from screens so was perfect for this. For a cheap, quiet camping experience we all had a wonderful time and was good value for monies spent.
