Do gerente: So sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. You were mistakenly allocated the wrong pitch but had the option to change once error was realised. It is made clear on arrival that the toilet block to which you refer is not in use. It is an inherited block that remains closed. However we have opened just the one toilet for the convenience of guests on the second field (but not the wash up area, nor the shower). It is also made clear on arrival that our facilities are on the 1st field not the second! Although the option is there to use the one toilet (which is fully useable and clean!) if you choose to do so!! Odd comments when you were fully aware that the block was closed! Not sure how we can further maintain the children's play area. During normal weather we cut the grass regularly to keep it looking nice and tidy. However, having not had any rainfall all summer things are looking dry and arid with no green growth whatsoever- unfortunately the weather is beyond our control!
