Gostou Entertainment was really good with a good atmosphere. Hosts were really good. Plenty to do around the site and the town. Chef in Borders Bar was very helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool.

Não gostou Toilets were a big negative. Often with no toilet roll. Womens toilet block had no hand soap in for the 4 nights we were there. One of the toilets in the gents had excrement plastered all over the outside. It was like that for most of the day so they aren't checked often enough.

Gostou Pitches worked well with no problems, easy out of hour arrival instructions, good communication

Não gostou Mens shower/toilet block has no heating and was quite cold, even this time of year. There were only 3 toilets combined with shower cubicle. Despite there only being about a dozen units on site, I was unable to use the toilet on one occasion as all three were occupied. I can imagine this being a real issue during busier periods.

Do gerente: Hi Dez, thanks for the review, sorry to hear that you won't be visiting again. We note your comments re the shower/toilet block, we do advise that there isn't any heating, apologies if you were not aware of that. We do have 2 other unisex WC's and don't normally have a problem with no WC's being available.

Gostou Pub, was handy, good beer and food was delicious!

Não gostou Toilet/shower/cleaning facilities. These were very poor in cleanliness and not enough of them. We stayed Tuesday to Friday leading up to Bank Holiday weekend so it wasn't that busy while we were there. I'm pleased we weren't there when it was full to capacity with only one ladies and 2 gents toilets and 2 showers. The Gents toilets were pretty dirty and ladies had no loo roll one morning. If you're in a touring caravan and don't need to rely on the facilities, it's not too bad as the pub is nice and it's pretty close to many attractions Yorkshire has to offer. I wouldn't go back again.
