Gostou The site is beautiful with well maintained ponds, trees and fields. The showers & toilets are clean and comfortable. The site was quiet, a peaceful haven. The area for camping is flat and there was plenty of space for us to pitch. We felt unhurried on the day of departure as it had rained overnight and we were grateful to be able to wait for the tent to dry out.

Gostou Peaceful and spacious site in area which is very beautiful. The site blends into the environment well. Lots of wild-life to enjoy, and low light pollution made for some fantastic evenings of star-gazing by the fire.

Gostou Loved the open space, peaceful surroundings, friendly and happy host, and the opportunity to put up our tent where we chose. There was plenty of firewood dropped at our tent each evening, with a punnet of strawberries on one evening. We very much enjoyed these touches. The wild flower borders were very pretty and made the space look special. I appreciated that it is a couples/family site only, making it very quiet and friendly. It is a step up from wild camping, with toilets and a shower. Yet maintained the feel of open country camping.
