Não gostou Quite rowdy. Big groups camping. We had.an unfortunate event which was no fault of site but ruined our stay. Receptionist and security were helpful though.

Gostou Beautiful location and lovely hosts. Fantastic view of the sunset. The host made me my own veggie charcuterie picnic and the wine tasting was excellent. Great price and even the wine tasting, charcuterie and wines for sale were reasonable.

Não gostou Not a complaint but services were very basic and not for everyone but this is stated on the site and I don't mind a compost toilet.

Gostou Good location.

Não gostou The cleaner told me I couldn't have a shower because she was cleaning and to wait 10 mins. I waited 40 mins whilst she stood around with her friend, smoking, chatting and on her phone. I went back over but she had put a broom in the door handle. Not helpful or friendly at all. Let the site down.

Do gerente: Really please that you liked our facilities. The pitch you asked to move to unfortunately was already booked by another family. We did check our booking system but it was a very busy week for us due to the exceptionally great weather.

Gostou Facilities good. Great location for the gorge. Clean. Friendly. Adult only site.

Não gostou Got stuck on the pitch as ground too soft. Lovely owner helped us out. Gave us a hard pitch but with view of a garage and disused caravans. Facilities were terrible.

Do gerente: Hi yes they got stuck and after getting them unstuck we allowed them to park down beside the farm area as the weather was atrocious as for the toilets they are functional and clean we can't account for the weather and are always trying to improve.

Gostou Lovely site. Perfect for hiking in the Galloway Forest and climbing Merrick ⛰️

Não gostou On a busy main road that runs alongside the forest.
