Gostou Nothing really

Não gostou Trains going past every 30 minutes day and night, Road noise again day and night Only 5 toilets for the whole campsite that’s for males and females to share. Reception had to ask other campers where it was, shop is rubbish couple cans of coke that’s about it. Not a nice site really Would never stay again. Given a pitch where we could not put our awning up no room and under tress.

Gostou Location and view very nice, Can see and hear the sea at night Close to beach walking distance altho very steep hills both ways. Most staff friendly.

Não gostou Site is tired and slightly run down Shower water very hot or cold no in between, Arcade machines broken most of our two week stay, swimming pool Very small and limited usage. Crazy golf course dangerous my child tripped over broken edges sustained nasty cut to her leg and ripped jeans. Every pitch is on a hill. Up and down for toilet, showers, water etc Pitches very small and close to each other if you like your space like we do then this site is not the one. Limited showers and toilets busy times have to wait.

Do gerente: Aww thanks for this review So glad you liked the place Just a small point to say here about the road leading to the campsite being over grown and scratching your motor home both sides? This is the first report of such a thing happening that I have received The farm track that I own is NOT over grown and no one has reported getting scratched there. Indeed I would be surprised if they did as its frequented by huge biffa lorries and deliveries regularly. So I looked closely at the lane leading to my track. There are indeed a few Hedges on the byway unfortunately I don't have control over these I presume if the hedges are long it's either the land owners or the councils responsibility, it's certainly not something I can control. Maybe ring south Somerset council and report it? Let's hope it's been cut by your next visit Sandy and the crew

Gostou Nice site, fantastic views, close to the beach and if you like to take walks it’s perfect

Não gostou Have to pay to use the swimming pool, Turned up it had been raining so our pitch could not cope with our Motorhome, site told us we would have to move to another pitch and pay a further £38, arcade most of machines don’t work and very dated.

Do gerente: Hi Daniel, Many thanks for your review, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. You were offered an alternative pitch, this was optional - you were told that you could upgrade to a premium pitch for your stay, this was not compulsory nor were you told you would have to move. Sadly, we have had a small handful of children vandalize the machines in the games room. This is a huge shame as it ruins the experience for others. We try our best to keep the machines in good working order but this is a continuous task which sometimes requires external contractors to come out and fix them which isn't always achieved in a timely manner. Gostou Fantastic site, very friendly. Showers and toilet block clean and tidy. Children got a free tractor ride. If you are looking for space to relax and take in the back drop this site is for you.

Não gostou Only issue we had is a lot of people had fires going and made our Motorhome stink all night long.

Gostou Site was clean and tidy, pitches not too bad and fair amount of Space between each one. Toilets and showers clean and tidy plenty hot water all the time. Good selection of activities (have to book everything tho) Good bus service right out side of site.

Não gostou Issues we have is that you have to book everything even the swimming pool, but us as a family are everyday life is scheduled and don’t want to spend our holiday like that. Lock you bikes up as our neighbours £4000 electric bike was stolen. Road beside site is the youngest race track should be 30 but they do 60 plus up and down until early hours. With their pop/bang exhausts. Pool water is very cold my children hated it used once.

Gostou Staff friendly, ok location.

Não gostou Site needs a lot of work, facilities either broken or not working. Only allowed to use pool once a day, washing machine one for the whole site and dirty. Kids park broken and very muddy. Pitches very uneven and walk ways not lite up with power cables running over paths. Dangerous!! Shop selling next to nothing,

Gostou Fantastic site, lovely staff, clean and spacious site, out door heater shower a bonus.

Não gostou Our pitch was very uneven, even with our motorhome levellers still uneven.
