Gostou Lovely laid out site. Fantastic bar (great food) and facilities.

Não gostou Not letting dogs in the bar area is a bit behind times (usually better behaved than some children), just allocate a section inside for dog owners as most other sites do. The veranda area where dog owners have to sit is split into two area's, one with heaters (only) and one with lights (only), so in the dark evenings you either have to choose between warmth or light. Not great if you are eating. Closure of some of the shower/toilet facilities in the area's of the site with only a few guests (we had 3 pitches taken in the Heath area, but the adjacent showers/toilet block was closed (and everyone had to go to the central one by the bar). Not a huge issue but inconvenient in the dark (and potentially hazardous for older guests). Note, WIFI only available at bar (not on pitches).

Gostou Massive site, loads of dog walking space, all gravel pitches, great facilities, food vans on on friday and saturday nights.

Gostou Simple set up, gravelled area adjacent to the loch. Electric and water at the pitch. Good toilet and shower facilities. Adjacent hotel food was good.

Gostou Lovely open site, good pitch space, excellent facilities, nice location just on the outskirts of Wick, lots of rabbits. Nice river walks.

Gostou During the week very quiet site set in a nice location. Good facilities, very helpful owners. Friday & Saturday nights very popular. Good Pizza van appears once a week.

Gostou Lovely quiet little site. Nice walks through Allerthorpe Common and good food at the Plough Inn. Nice touch that the site owner visits to say a friendly hello (on an unmanned site)

Gostou This is a lovely little site, nicely located adjacent to the river with a good pub across the road. Good facilities.

Gostou Lovely and quite, nice aspect, good facilities. Food at The Stork Hotel at nearby Conder Green is highly recommended (and a nice walk).
