Gostou Nice small/medium site with some lovely nature, birds etc to be seen and heard. Peaceful with a little background traffic noise way off in the distance and a little buzzing from the power line but neither bothered me. Great facilities with lots of nice personal touches. Really liked the board of suggestions and things to do locally. Facilities were clean and well kept. Nicely organised and well managed.

Gostou Good facilities, well kept and clean and tidy. The shower was not the nicest I’ve seen but does the job. Julie was friendly and helpful and recommended a lovely walk.

Gostou Matt was really friendly and helpful and provided me with lots of information and tips on local walks etc. Well equipped and organised site. All areas well kept and clean and tidy.

Gostou Corina was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great facilities. Well organised, clean and tidy. lovely hot shower on a very cold day. Beautiful surroundings, good for walking/exploring.

Gostou Nice view from top of the farm field. Love the picnic benches. Great facilities. Clean toilets. Spacious and hot showers. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Gostou Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Lots of mirrors which you don’t find at most sites. Eco friendly. Great choice of games and activities.

Não gostou Steep hill down to the facilities, didn’t bother me but maybe not a site for those that are not as physical. Drinking water only from taps in shallow sinks which made it hard to fill up anything but small bottles. Surrounding by trees and nature but a shame to hear motorway traffic in the background.

Gostou Beautiful campsite. Nearly 360 degree views. Wonderful for nature lovers and those who like nice scenery. I was lucky enough to see an owl at dusk. Nice and friendly owner.

Gostou Well stocked shop on site. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely hot showers and good toilets.

Gostou Loved the peace & quiet in the pond field. Good site for nature lovers. Great showers in the farm field, good water pressure, nice and hot and clean. Toilet block in pond field is a bit dated but always clean and does the job. Free fire pit and cheap bag of wood. Overall this site is great value for money, I will definitely be visiting again.

Não gostou Lovely setting but traffic noise spoils it, but that’s just me probably. Noisy screaming kids in playground close to my pitch. This is not the site’s fault as most of the children there were playing without the very loud screaming. Very pricey, £25 for a solo traveller. Doesn’t represent good value for money.

Do gerente: Ian, Thank you for your review we are pleased you enjoyed the site albeit you found it too expensive. Had you spoken to us whilst you were here about your concerns with being so close the the play park we may have been able to find you a pitch in a quieter area of the park.

Gostou Scenic location. Friendly, helpful staff. Hot showers. Early check in time.

Não gostou A little bit cramped, not one if you like a little privacy but having said that, for the price it was good value.

Gostou Really friendly warm welcome. Jody Charlie and little Jody are great hosts and work hard to make this site a lovely place to visit. Little Jody met me at the reception as I arrived and was polite, professional, friendly and helpful and is a credit to her parents! Great cake and coffees etc in reception and a lovely place to sit and relax. Nice clean modern facilities. The field is open and beautiful and a nice place to plot up with plenty of sunshine. Beautiful bird song in the morning! I’d definitely recommend this site! The wonderful owners are so helpful and welcoming.

Gostou Absolutely loved my stay here! So peaceful and beautiful. Basic but full of character and charm and great value for money. Stathis is friendly, welcoming and really helpful. Very cosy and warm once the fire is going. I will definitely be going back soon. Wellies are essential!
