• We take the booking via a simple one-page booking form and send a confirmation email, copied to your email address
• Booking is sent direct to the reservation terminal
• Site contacts customer to collect the deposit and balance, in accordance with their standard policies (customisable on Pitchup.com)
• We bill commission in arrears
