RCN Vakantiepark De Schotsman

Gostou We loved our holiday exploring Zeeland and the surrounding area, based at RCN Schotsman. The site was peaceful, felt safe, and gave the kids freedom to explore. The mere-side play area was extremely popular with them, and the outdoor pool flumes too! We enjoyed spending time as a family, bike rides, beach BBQs, bodyboarding, sailing to Veere, and just eating together outdoors. The facilities were clean and convenient.

Não gostou The wasps!! It would have been great to have offered fresh milk at reception not just UHT, the shops at Kamperland were only a short drive away so it's not like this was a massive issue for us. Actually we did have one complaint - we developed an electrical problem with our folding trailer tent, and although the reception team were very helpful, the site maintenance team would not even consider lifting a finger to try to help us out - very disappointing actually, and reflected really badly on them and by inference on the whole team ethos.

Gostou How quiet the site was. How close to facilities. Animals roaming (ducks coming for brekfast) staff were brilliant very welcoming. Fresh bread and pastries. Pool bike hire. The access to beach and bike paths pretty much most of our stay was great.

Não gostou Toilets damn stinking showers and toilets. Not been cleaned properly floors filthy in shower rooms. The timers are rubbish not enough time and no warning its going off. Tall trees blocking all the sun to our pitch.could trim them back to allow a little sun. Disappointed the snack bar was closed the last week so we left a couple days earlier.

Gostou Location, swimming pool, dishwashing area (with very hot water)

Não gostou No view of the lake despite being close to it, instead we had a view of some unmaintained bushes and some building sites, as they seem to be enlarging the apartment area. The pitch was big enough but very poorly maintained
Shower with very low pressure, I had to shower in my campervan.

Gostou Die Lage am See und die Ruhe auf dem Platz hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Der uns zugewiesene Stellplatz war überdurchschnittlich gross was wir sehr genossen haben.

Gostou Sehr schöner Stellplatz direkt am Versemeer. Die Parkanlage liegt sehr schön und war sehr sauber. Das Angebot der Freizeitgestaltung für Erwachsene und vor allem für Kinder sehr ansprechend.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Não gostou Abendbeleuchtung könnte mehr vorhanden sein.

Gostou Sehr sauber und gepflegter Stellplatz. Schönes Schwimmbad. Für Kinder ist der Spielplatz hervorragend aufgestellt 👍. Für Fahrradfahrer gibt es ein hervorragend ausgebautes Wegenetze . Das Meer hat man mit dem Rad in 10 min erreicht. Sanitäre Einrichtungen sind auch sauber & gepflegt.

Não gostou Die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbades könnte man verlängern , den letzten Einlass um 15.30 Uhr finde ich doch sehr früh.!

Gostou Nah am Wasser, schöner Spielplatz, viel Platz am Wasser, Anlage gepflegt, günstig

Não gostou Es waren nie Hundekot-Tüten verfügbar und es gab am Strand keine Mülltonnen.
Hauptwaschhaus etwas veraltet und nicht ganz so sauber. Oft Toilettenpapier leer, Hallenbad zu kalt
