Trefach Holiday Park

Gostou: Fantastic facilities, clean and well maintained. Beautiful site. Lovely people working there. Play area, indoor and out kept the children, boys age 6 and 8, entertained long enough for me to actually read a few chapters. Longest time to, a few beaches was about half hour and beautiful places to go for short or long walks literally right outside the camps gates

With regards to dogs not being permitted in the doghouse, it's always a devisive topic but one we recognise can disappoint some dog owners but the majority of our guests and owners do not want the restaurant to be dog-friendly, so, we've gone with the majority rule on this one I'm afraid. That said, we are creating a more relaxed dining area this year in the arcade room off the main clubhouse which will be dog friendly and they will even have their own dog menu offering to keep our furry friends happy. Please come back and visit us again soon :-)

Gostou: We stayed here Easter weekend and what a lovely site with fabulous views. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the clubhouse had a good range of food and wifi as signal on the sight isn’t great, previous reviews stated toilet block was unclean, but they were fine, due to wet weather they did get dirty quickly but what do you expect when camping?! Had individual shower rooms which I hadn’t come across before so I really liked that. Didn’t have a hair dryer ( just for those like me who like to know whether to bring one). Good park for the kids and small games room , outdoor pool was out of use as it was out of season, but looked a good size. Would definitely go back 😊

Gostou: Very friendly staff, especially the wardens running the park. Lovely food served in the restaurant. The toilet block in the touring field were very clean. Overall a clean and well maintained park.

Gostou: Great weekend despite the weather The staff were brilliant all of them , Stuart from the moment we arrived and Karen was still there waving us off , will definitely return cracking site , well run and we all had a lovely break , thank you all at Trefach Holiday park

Gostou: Friendly warm welcome. Small site with bar and restaurant. Lovely food and some entertainment over Easter weekend. Thank you Karen and Stuart for looking after us

Gostou: Shower blocks located centrally, always very clean and tidy. Food is out of this world especially the pizza's.

Gostou: Lovely site, brilliant outdoor pool free to use all day no booking needed, lovely pub food

Gostou: Staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a nice meal in the clubhouse the day we arrived. We didn't stay long however because the door to the clubhouse was kept open and it was too cold not comfortable at all.

Não gostou: Firstly, grass cutters were around the site in the pouring rain....absolutely ridiculous. The guy with a strimmer came so close to the tent there was wet grass all over the base. As our tent was brand new we didnt want grass stains. I approached him and he said he would return with a blower. But failed to show up. I rang reception to complain and was told someone would come. But again they failed to show up. We couldn't get the grass off as it was pouring with rain and just sticking to the tent. Very disappointing customer service. Secondly, the nearest toilet/shower block were locked without notice or explanation despite being told on check-in that we would have use for the duration of our stay. Facilities were not maintained well or very clean.

Gostou: Surrounded by lovely countryside. Heated pool for the children. Toilet/shower block clean and good. Staff friendly

Não gostou: Small pitches on a slope, arrived bank holiday Monday after a 3hr drive and the club house had run out of food so had to drive again to find somewhere for dinner.

Gostou: Friendly staff - couldn't do enough to help make our stay enjoyable Clean toilet and shower facilities - staff kept on top of ensuring facilities were clean Plenty to do for the children to keep busy Dog friendly Provided a great amount of information about the local area. Which was all very helpful as we hadn't stay in this area before our trip
