Gostou: Play area and the size of the park. Not too big or overcrowded with a short walk to an amazing beach

Não gostou: The toilet facilities were small, 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sinks in the men’s. Even though it wasn’t that busy, it was still a fight sometimes to have a shower. It wasn’t clear at what times they were clean, then they were, the floors were left wet which meant dirty footprints coming in for the toilet made the shower area unwelcoming and the feeling of un clean. Most sites I have been to have a mop and bucket allowing you to clean the shower after use, this wasn’t an option. I feel if anything could be improved it would without doubt be the size and availability of facilities and being more frequently cleaned.

We’d like to acknowledge that the week of your stay was an especially wet one, which can unfortunately impact the overall feel of the shower and toilet areas despite our best efforts. We do clean all facilities a minimum of twice daily, and our team works hard to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the site as our previous comments highlight. However, due to the weather and increased use during peak times, the floors can get muddy more quickly than usual.

We appreciate your comments regarding the availability of a mop and bucket – this is something we’ll certainly take on board as we’re always looking for practical ways to improve guest experience.

Lastly, had we been made aware of your concerns during your stay, we would have done everything we could to address them right away—we always encourage guests to speak to us directly so we can help make their time with us as enjoyable as possible.

Gostou: Super friendly hosts.
The toilets and showers were always clean and warm.
The park was a winner for all the kids and the location of it makes it perfect for supervising without leaving the pitch. There are sea views from every pitch

Gostou: Lovely quiet site, great facilities! Lovely cooking area with washers dryers a stove kettle, toaster and a microwave you can use Lovely clean toilet and showers too. Was a very chilled atmosphere where the kids were able to run free in the field and play in the amazing play area all day and make Lovely memories 🥰 hosts we're great too letting us come a day early as site was quiet. Really went above an beyond to make sure we really enjoyed our stay ❤️ would defo recommend!

Gostou: Friendliness of owners, being not far from a glorious beach and yet close to a lovely town. Prettiness of the site and good facilities.

Gostou: The beautiful location overlooking the sea. A 15 minute walk down a bridalway path takes you to the top of Mwnt beach.
Round the back of the main house is a small holding with a few goats, ponies and a couple of pot-bellied pigs one of which became our friend! Would run across as we approached to say hello, loved being stroked. It’s the little things like this that make a visit memorable:)

Gostou: Pitches were spacious and very well maintained. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The site is not too big so perfect for allowing our young children free rein to explore the animals and the lovely park. Showers were hot and clean. Separate toilet and shower facilities for disabled visitors and those with younger children. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets and ‘dark skies’ in the evening. WiFi was great and free to use.

Não gostou: Shop could have been a little better stocked but this is a small issue as there is an Aldi and a Tesco just a short drive away.

Gostou: Everything! Incredibly friendly owner - offered to try and find us a spare windbreak. Clean and tidy site, very clean facilities and stunning views over the fields to the sea. Easy access to Wales coastal path and in driving distance from some towns.

Gostou: It’s a really chilled out campsite with a great playground in the middle for the kids to all play on. You can see the sea and some goat stroll around every now and then. You walk to the beach via a bridle way or the road, it is a bit of hill so young kids (4 year olds) were fine in the walk down but it was piggy back on way home. We took the van and parked at the NT car park following day. Felt welcome with the dog.

Não gostou: Showers weren’t the greatest - no cubicle area for dressing and they were cold air temperature wise but really hot water wise. Too hot for the kids. Discovered the disabled shower on the last day which had a baby change and you could control the temperature.

Gostou: Welcoming owners who went above and beyond to help when I had an issue with my tent. We were put up in a caravan for the night, I've never been so grateful. Thank you so very much.
The children loved the park and I loved that it was viewable from my pitch. Communal areas were clean and the added on site shop open for a couple of hours was a nice bonus.
Unfortunately my daughter fell unwell and the high winds at night meant we left earlier than expected but still enjoyed our stay.

Mwnt beach is close by and definitely worth a visit, the shop and cafe was great xx
