Gostou: The location was convenient for visiting Bristol. We parked our car near to nearest bus stop and bought a daily bus pass which we used throughout the city. That was excellent for £6.

Não gostou: To be honest it is a very basic site. We didnt need to use the toilets but they were definitely in need of a refurb.

Gostou: Very handy as a base as we were dropping off our daughter at UWE. Nice a peaceful, with the exception of the train line which is relatively close; however, not close enough or busy enough to be a nuisance.

Gostou: Great value Clean, great location for exploring Bath and Bristol (get the bus from pixash lane) Follow the footpaths over the fields to the village and the bird its hand is a lovely pub, Would visit again No WiFi but EE was full 5G

Não gostou: Not a dislike but facilities were basic. Not ideal if you’re in a campervan but fine In a motorhome or caravan.

Gostou: Sehr hübscher kleiner Platz, keine Duschen, aber das wurde bei der Buchung klar kommuniziert. An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert, ruhiger Platz, sehr zentral zwischen Bath und Bristol gelegen.

Gostou: Great site, lovely walks. Very relaxing. No problems with the toilets. Trains didn't bother us.

Gostou: Size of pitch, good hardstanding, pretty area, great cycling, couple of very nice pubs nearby. Great farm shop up road

Não gostou: Toilets were disgusting on arrival, cleaned 1 myself, in the 4 days we stayed no one else did. Owner was not contactable for 2 days as on holiday but on her return we informed her of our concern & she assured us the loos would be cleaned the next day. Didn't happen before we left. Have seen other reviews complaining about state of toilets (2) since we got home. For £25 per night, I expect cleanliness at least Some train & plane noise but not an issue for us

Gostou: Rural area, level pitches, mown grass, easy access to fresh water and chemical waste disposal. Ash tree made site more attractive.

Não gostou: Spiders and webs in the toilet sheds, though the toilets and basins were clean. No hand drying paper or facilities. Some noise from trains though not excessive.

Do gerente: It was unfortunate that someone had tampered with the lavatory cistern which was later alerted to me by another guest. This is all fixed now. Our lavatories are quite rustic as we are on a working arable farm, situated between 2 large cities. We are close to the A4 and a recycling centre which has undergone a large makeover and there is some noise generated from this. We do not profess to be a quiet site. We are close to a railway line and you can also hear planes landing nearby at Bristol airport. We have beautiful views over fields with livestock and crops, as well as stunning further views of Lansdown and the Kelston Roundhill. We are superbly positioned to visit Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds as well as other lovely attractions. It saddens me to receive such a poor review for our generally happy and positively-received site.
