Gostou: Nothing

Não gostou: The shower/toilet block for the touring area are an abomination. They smell disgusting all the time they are filthy, I felt dirtier after a shower than I did before my shower. The showers trickle and to say they are tepid is being generous. The cleaner walks round with a pink spray. Sprays the sinks and disappears. Not in any way are they a good experience. We paid £200 for 4 nights but that only gets you the pitch. EVERYTHING else is an additional cost. Alcohol - we had 1 Guinness and a medium wine it cost £15!!!! needless to say we didn't drink in there again. The hot taps in the ladies had NO water coming through for two days, and that was after constant complaints. Shocking, shocking,shocking. Don't bother with this site if you are a tourer. You are definitely considered a second class citizen.

Gostou: Plenty of activities for children as long as you book in advance if you don’t book you won’t get on anything especially during half terms. Great location for exploring Dorset, 25 min drive to durdle door, Lulworth cover and sandbanks.

Não gostou: Shower block was disgusting, showers didn’t work half the time and when they did they were cold and a trickle of water. We found going at 10:00pm to be the best time to get warm and sufficient amount of water. Very noisy pitch with lots of late night revellers which was fine but no staff to support if you needed it. The pool showers were stone cold and ran out of water, the pool is also freezing cold, the outdoor pool was actually warmer.

Gostou: The stuff for children to do is fantastic, things are a bit pricey, but isn’t everything now a days. The club house is brilliant the staff is friendly the stage team were fantastic. Food was average.

Não gostou: The showers in the touring side weren’t the greatest, just a little water coming out, but the cleaning of them were ok.

Gostou: The host of activities and the evening entertainment perfect for our 5 year old! You didn’t need to book swimming which we liked as you could just turn up when it suited.

Não gostou: The toilets were not cleaned enough. Due to being busy they got dirty very quickly and stayed like that for a long time. Very disappointing. The showers weren’t great. The shower heads need replacing for a better water flow.

Gostou: Bus stop outside gate.

Não gostou: newest shower block toilets didnot flush the whole time we were there. Reported it but still the same next few days. Poor food quality, though service was quick. Meal was not very hot. Swimming pool closed too early. If you went out for day, it was closed when you returned so no chance of swim. Would not go again.

Gostou: The size of the pitch (189) was great, toilets opposite our pitch so great for quick night wee, plus always saw people trying to keep clean which must be hard when the ground has been so wet. Lots to keep you busy, couldn’t do all as just a short stay this time.

Não gostou: The flush on the toilets didn’t work properly so always had something inside them. Plus fee of the locks on the showers didn’t lock. Was hard to know what time the pool was open from even though were given a good guide to the park just had to walk up to see on the door.

Gostou: Lovely size pitch with a pleasant view of the woodland. Plenty of entertainment for the children and good access to a lovely part of Dorset.

Não gostou: Sadly our visit was marred by an incredibly loud family in the pitches behind. At 0200 they were screaming and shouting in a heated argument regarding a cocaine habit. The argument continued till 0400 with significant screaming and shouting with no sign of any staff member to de-escalate or deal with the abhorrent family. There is also a drugs problem in the park with a strong whiff of Cannabis all over the place. The shower block that we used was in rather poor condition with missing panelling, toilet and shower doors unable to close and lock and showers that did not work. Many of the toilets appear to be blocked and the men's toilets in the main reception are possibly some of the smelliest I have ever come across.
