Golden Coast Leisure Park

Gostou: We arrived late but reception staff were still welcoming. Pitch was firm but a little small. Plenty of activities on site for the girls, but I can see this being very busy at high season. Defiantly one to return to but for a longer stay than just a weekend

Não gostou: They close there phone lines early in the day so couldn’t ring to let them know we’d arrive after 8 as they requested in the terms but staff were still there. The showers were probably the worst part of the weekend and they are in desperate need of an upgrade. The men’s shower celling is collapsing and you get dripped on from leaking cold water pipes while trying to have a hot shower

Gostou: Absolutely everything. Toilets and showers clean , pitches a nice size . Don't actually need to leave camp with all the activities that you can do . Amazing camp lovely staff .

Gostou: Pitched was great and close to all Amenities dog friendly in most areas we visited - bus stop right outside entrance.

Não gostou: Pub linked to site looks like a lovely old pub but has been stripped of the character inside as it caters for the campsite which is a shame. food was ok but catered for numbers not quality not great pub food no atmosphere inside.

Gostou: Excellent facilities and activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Toilets and showers very clean. Motorhome pitch very close to facilities and activities. Great entertainment for families

Gostou: Swimming pool High ropes Staff amazing

Não gostou: Only thing was pitch and putt shouldn't have been sent there as grass so long, but was free so was ok

Gostou: We found the site to be clean, well maintained with plenty of staff available. Onsite facilities were great, the entertainment team were fantastic, they hosted a range of activities for my son's age range and for others too. Myself and my husband found the evening entertainment was good too with a range of different things so during the week not one night was the same.

Não gostou: Only slight thing was our pitch, it was a little wet underfoot due to the way the rain water travelled but the onsite team were actively correcting this. We did arrive to an amber weather warning for wind and rain and the grounds/security were checking on us all during the bad weather.

Gostou: Site facilities, indoor swimming pool and traditional country pub

Não gostou: slightly sloping pitches showers need a shower curtain as clothes got wet As I'm a cold open water swimmer, would have made use of the outside swimming pool if was open at the time of our stay over the Easter period
