Gostou: A well organised tidy site with spacious pitches. All pitches have a good view . The facilities on site are fabulous with bar and restaurant that are that of a pub and not overpriced. We’ve just booked to come back before the close of season .

Gostou: What a beautiful site. Everything was excellent from the site management to the staff who kept all the bathrooms around the site sparkling clean. (Please pass this on to them as we do appreciate their work and it makes such a difference to a holiday to have clean facilities.) The entire area was spotless no litter to be seen, grass and shrubs beautifully maintained. We were camping and extended our stay because we liked it so much. The private beach is such a lovely place to just sit and listen to the waves and watch the wildlife. I enjoyed the swimming - others were fishing or using paddle boards, which were available for hire. There are camping pods, caravans and mobile homes, tents and motor homes. It does seem a lot but never felt overcrowded. I was the only one swimming at times along this beautiful beach for example. We had fish and chips from the onsite fish and chip shop twice - they were really well cooked so would recommend them. The shop is well stocked with everything you may need from swimming gear to groceries and competitively priced too so no need to travel away from the site to find your supplies. There are entertainments for all age groups if you like a night out, or the children want to join up with other children. We preferred to sit on the beach and drink in the serenity but there is something here for everyone. Expect a warm welcome from the staff at the gate special thanks to the understanding reception staff who sorted out a small hiccup on our booking (totally our fault!). Would definitely visit again.

Gostou: From the second we arrived to when we left all park staff were friendly and helpful. What a lovely holiday park! Beautiful beach, wonderful food in the restaurant, great swimming pool. We are already looking to book again. I have been recommending you to all of my friends. Fabulous place to stay 😍

Gostou: Loads to do. Very clean shower block including a family shower room. Great view! Access to the beach.

Não gostou: Would be good to have some food waste bins by the washing up basins. Very hard ground to get tent pegs into (I think this was mentioned in the pitch description). Two minor points.

Gostou: Lovely clean campsite & facilities, very helpful staff on the entrance to the site. Loads to keep the kids entertained. Onsite shop & restaurants excellent too.

Não gostou: Swimming pool staff not very friendly- started cleaning (flooding the floor!) around us while we were getting changed at the end of the day. 45 minute session & still had to pay full price too!

Once you’re ready to go off site – sometime around week two, probably – the South West Coast Path is steps away and has stellar walks to Budleigh Salterton to the west and Sidmouth to the east. Inland, the Budleigh Salterton to Otterton five-mile walk follows the banks of the River Otter; the Otter Valley Wildlife Walk is an easy stroll through the Lower Otter Valley nature reserve to look out for kingfishers and waders from the river’s viewing platforms and hides. Twitchers can also head inland to the Exe Estuary RSPB reserve 13 miles away to see migratory birds or book a boat trip to spot avocets. Finally, if fishing’s your main hook, you won’t have far to go: many Ladram Bay guests fish from the park’s own cove, hiring a boat from the kiosk and going out to land mackerel for the barbie.

Admissão

Menores de 18 anos devem estar companhados dos pais ou responsáveis legais.
Somente será autorizado o acesso depois do registro na recepção.

Alterações da sua reserva

As alterações estão sujeitas a cobrança de £ 20,00 (€ 23,18).

Cachorros

Cachorros não são permitidos nas principais instalações.
Não são permitidos cachorros se você estiver hospedado nas unidades de acomodação.
O local não aceita cachorros das raças que constam em listas de raças perigosas.
Os cachorros devem ser mantidos na guia e supervisionados o tempo todo.

Chegadas e partidas

As chegadas tardias deverão ser notificadas o mais rápido possível. A sua reserva será mantida por 24 horas. Após este período, a gerência reserva-se o direito de alugar a sua unidade.
As unidades serão alocadas na chegada.
Não será feito reembolso ou descontos por clima ruim, chegadas tardias ou partidas antecipadas.

No electrical appliances should be brought on site and used without a ‘portable appliance testing’ certificate.

The company reserves the right to change the on-site entertainment programme at any time without prior notice.

Persons under the age of 25 other than families will be required to pay a refundable behaviour deposit of £50 or more.

No washing lines permitted other than those provided.

Non-swimmers and children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the vicinity of and in the swimming pool and all the rules and regulations must be observed. Non-swimmers will also be charged.

No jetskis are allowed on site or on the beach.

Children must be signed in for all activities during the daytimes then left with staff; however, the child must be over eight to make their own way back to their accommodation. Children of eight or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Unit size – due to fire regulations relating to unit separations, the size of the unit booked must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure the pitch booked is large enough. In circumstances where the unit size (caravan, motorhome, or tent, of any type, including awnings or extensions) exceeds that declared on the booking, the park reserves the right to require the rearrangement of pitch equipment, or to relocate or refuse accommodation, which may not be refundable.

Please remember when arriving that no unsupervised pitching is permitted. Please visit reception to arrange a member of staff to help in regard to this.
