Gostou: The cleanliness of the site. The easy access to the beach. Clear signage. Incredible views. Places to buy food and drink. Clean bathrooms.

Não gostou: Showers automatically switch off after 30 seconds or so. When turned back on, the temperature can fluctuate for a few seconds from very cold to very hot.

Gostou: On arrival the security who let us in was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the site was good, and the views were amazing. The pitch was level and roomy. The beach was nice Good layout, everything was easy to get too Fab soft play which was free

Não gostou: The toilets unfortunately were not clean. If this had been a one off then I wouldn’t have mentioned it, but every time I used the facilities they weren’t clean. I really didn’t agree with the price of access to the swimming pool. Center Parcs swimming pool is included in the price and although I don’t think it should be free at Ladram bay, it should be a lower charge. For four adults and a small child it cost £33 for us all for an hour. I know that’s standard at a leisure centre, but when your paying to camp then it should be discounted so it’s accessible for all families.

From previous reviews you will know that we are often praised for the standard of cleanliness across our park, and it is disappointing that you did not find this to be the case in the toilet facilities, we will most definitely investigate this further. As you booked a camping pitch you should have received a reduced swimming pool pass in your welcome pack, this would have entitled you to a discount on the swimming pool entry price. We love to read that you had a friendly welcome and that you enjoyed our beachside location, we hope that you will all return for another holiday with us in the future. Gostou: Loved the views, the facilities are clean and tidy. Prices for drinks etc were reasonably cheap for a holiday park. Very close to the beach. Entertainments for children was excellent and bingo every night for the adults. Toilets and showers plentiful and clean. Would deffo come again.

Não gostou: The hill to get back up to the touring pitches is very steep. The slope leading to plot 121 especially so. As I suffer from arthritic knees the walk down was very painful.

Once you’re ready to go off site – sometime around week two, probably – the South West Coast Path is steps away and has stellar walks to Budleigh Salterton to the west and Sidmouth to the east. Inland, the Budleigh Salterton to Otterton five-mile walk follows the banks of the River Otter; the Otter Valley Wildlife Walk is an easy stroll through the Lower Otter Valley nature reserve to look out for kingfishers and waders from the river’s viewing platforms and hides. Twitchers can also head inland to the Exe Estuary RSPB reserve 13 miles away to see migratory birds or book a boat trip to spot avocets. Finally, if fishing’s your main hook, you won’t have far to go: many Ladram Bay guests fish from the park’s own cove, hiring a boat from the kiosk and going out to land mackerel for the barbie.

Admissão

Menores de 18 anos devem estar companhados dos pais ou responsáveis legais.
Somente será autorizado o acesso depois do registro na recepção.

Alterações da sua reserva

As alterações estão sujeitas a cobrança de £ 20,00 (€ 23,18).

Cachorros

Cachorros não são permitidos nas principais instalações.
Não são permitidos cachorros se você estiver hospedado nas unidades de acomodação.
O local não aceita cachorros das raças que constam em listas de raças perigosas.
Os cachorros devem ser mantidos na guia e supervisionados o tempo todo.

Chegadas e partidas

As chegadas tardias deverão ser notificadas o mais rápido possível. A sua reserva será mantida por 24 horas. Após este período, a gerência reserva-se o direito de alugar a sua unidade.
As unidades serão alocadas na chegada.
Não será feito reembolso ou descontos por clima ruim, chegadas tardias ou partidas antecipadas.

No electrical appliances should be brought on site and used without a ‘portable appliance testing’ certificate.

The company reserves the right to change the on-site entertainment programme at any time without prior notice.

Persons under the age of 25 other than families will be required to pay a refundable behaviour deposit of £50 or more.

No washing lines permitted other than those provided.

Non-swimmers and children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the vicinity of and in the swimming pool and all the rules and regulations must be observed. Non-swimmers will also be charged.

No jetskis are allowed on site or on the beach.

Children must be signed in for all activities during the daytimes then left with staff; however, the child must be over eight to make their own way back to their accommodation. Children of eight or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Unit size – due to fire regulations relating to unit separations, the size of the unit booked must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure the pitch booked is large enough. In circumstances where the unit size (caravan, motorhome, or tent, of any type, including awnings or extensions) exceeds that declared on the booking, the park reserves the right to require the rearrangement of pitch equipment, or to relocate or refuse accommodation, which may not be refundable.

Please remember when arriving that no unsupervised pitching is permitted. Please visit reception to arrange a member of staff to help in regard to this.
