Não gostou: Nothing that the site could do but there was a very yappy dog behind me and the owner also played the accordion at 9am every morning, she wasn't the greatest player.

Não gostou: Booked this site on pitch up so we could attend a festival for dogs: Goodwoof, just north of Chichester. Once the booking was made, my wife wanted to reserve one of the pitches right by the creek. When I rang to ask, I was told that they could not change anything to do with my booking because I had done so via pitch up, too complicated or something and that I could do this on our arrival day. Lo and behold, when we checked in, I asked and was told, ha, not this weekend so was assigned a pitch right in the middle of the park. Not a good start!

For those of you old enough to remember the 70’s, well this campsite pays homage to that, very basis, pitches quite close together and a general feeling that time had stood still here. In particular, the metal blue doors on the toilets that had generations of paint on them! In summary, everything felt old and tired. Then through in the fact that they were not cleaned for several days on end and ran out of toilet paper, not nice.

Hayling Island is a lovely area, some rough edges for sure, but a great place to visit and will certainly be back to the area at some point.

Gostou: Friendly and helpful staff. Very clear pitches easy to get to. Facilities were plenty and clean. Always lots of hot water. Quiet site even though busy.

Gostou: The pitch size was good and site busy but not over crowded or noisy.
Staff lovely, great bar and laundry hut.

Não gostou: Showers a bit old took time to warm up and the dreaded push button...

Gostou: The views, bar, food van, walks nearby, tranquility.
Took our bikes, great to cycle as all flat.
Friendly staff, clean facilities.

Gostou: Places were easily accessible from the site and nice walk along seafront,the two young staff working behind the bar and in the restaurant were amazingly pleasant and helpful and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Não gostou: Pitches were too close together,when sitting inside Motorhome,the people next door were sat just outside our window,hot water in showers takes some time to come through,everything in shower gets wet,even when hanging on door,no soap in several of the dispensers

Gostou: Nice convenient location, great walks with the dog - on the plus side we have wonderful weather.

Não gostou: Very cramped!
Ok, you get a good size pitch but everyone is on top of one another! 6 metres apart? Really!
Lots of midges about outside and kept coming in van.

Gostou: Fourth stay here, and it was just as lovely as ever, the park is well kept, it was nice and full but still nice and quiet.
Staff are very helpful and all very happy.

Gostou: The pitches are well spaced and reasonable level and all the amenities are in close proximity. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The Galleon bar offers some nice food and beverages. We will be back soon.

Access to creek from site.

Não gostou: No hot water in toilet block
Units parked next to each other rather than spread out over the site. We lost our evening sun on the second day during to a 3m mobile home parking next to us although 3/4 of the row was empty
