Não gostou We understand that it is an outdoor kitchen, however things were very dusty. The fridge also had mould in which was a bit of a problem as I am pregnant.

Do gerente: Hi there, we are sorry that you experienced those issues during your stay at Gemini Camp.

The incredibly dry weather coupled with the crop harvesting has increased the dust in the air, making it very hard to keep things dust-free. We will ensure that extra effort is put into keeping the camp as dust-free as possible.

As for the mould in the fridge, we apologise for this and we will raise this with our cleaning team as a matter of urgency.

We hope these issues did not have too much of an impact on your stay and thanks for booking with us.

Gostou I can’t praise the owner of this property enough. She went above and beyond, it was an awful and unseasonable cold spell ( not her fault of course) and was offered a lovely cottage for our second night. Gemini camp is in an idyllic location, completely private and located in a lovely unspoiled area. The cabin is made from reclaimed materials and accessorised with lovely quilts and drapes in a prairie style. Lots of wildlife around and everything there for a comfortable stay. In a word, special.

Não gostou A lot of what wasn’t right was the weather, which was just our plain bad luck. A solar shower would complete the picture though.

Gostou We spent two nights at this lovely, cosy and secluded camp which, although not far from the real world felt remote and very private. Being off-grid is great for really switching off but the sneaky fridge, toaster and microwave in the shed, along with opportunity to charge is also welcome. The cabin is really comfortable and well stocked with a proper bed and wood burner for chilly nights. The living / kitchen area is open to the front so really has that camping feel which we really liked. We were lucky enough to see the deer herd briefly and lots of other wildlife, this really is a special place. Re the airport, yes you can hear the planes, but they don't fly directly overhead and they slow right down in the evening and overnight, we weren't bothered by any noise at all.

Communication with Olly and Dee was friendly and super helpful. We have recommended already and would definitely come again!

Gostou Loved this little gem!! Remote but easy to get to, peaceful, calming and just beautiful. Loads of butterflies around and saw a few bats too! Loved the privacy which came with it. I will be back!!

Não gostou Nothing disliked.... only thing possibly missing is an environmentally friendly hot tub :)

Gostou If you fancy trying something different from the usual glamping pods then this is definitely the place for you.
We have just spent a wonderful week here.
Comfy bed, hot shower and a log burner if the nights get a bit chilly.
Great place to watch wildlife and planes.
Also dog friendly!

Gostou We have just got back from 2 nights here for my husbands birthday. We absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful place in the middle of your own private nature reserve. We will definitely be going back.

Gostou Staying close to nature and away from the hustle bustle of everyday life. Plenty of deer, birds and nature to check out. The cabin was comfortable, clean and functional. We enjoyed the log burner in the evening and sat out watching the sun set. The bed was comfortable and very warm. We cycled our bikes from the cabin and found a couple of lovely pubs along the way.
