Gostou: We have just came back from 2 nights at Riverside leisure park, we have all loved it! Everyone on the touring site that we were next to were lovely and friendly. The staff were friendly at reception and helpful. Kids enjoyed being able to play in the parks and ride their scooters around site as well as going over to the arcades and night time entertainment. Would 100% go back wish we'd booked extra nights!

Não gostou: Only complaint I have is the swimming pool wasn't open but this was due to high chlorine in the pool.

Gostou: Very friendly staff, after having some issues with our van the receptionist was extremely helpful and told us not to worry about our caravan as we had to get it recovered. There was also a man who worked in the grounds he was also extremely friendly and helpful he cheered up my little ones whilst we waited for recovery and couldn’t help us enough. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but really appreciate how friendly and willing he was to help. The young ones that work in the pub are also very friendly and chatty. We will definitely return in the future.

Não gostou: A shame the swimming pool wasn’t open ( due to chlorine issues )

Gostou: Compact accessible site near to all amenities and 20 min walk to town.Pool lovely and warm and clean and free if using campsite. Toilet shower block with 3 toilets showers and sinks. Site clean looked after. Reasonable play area .

Não gostou: Feel not enough bathroom facilities for the number of occupants visiting the site. Also not using wet room fans so enter through a mist of dampness as fans can't cope. Play area a fair distance away from your pitch

Gostou: Great base to explore Northumberland, tidy site, nice staff, ice cream

Não gostou: The clubhouse is far too small and the pods don't sleep 6, you'll get one double and 1 single in at a squeeze, poor signal and wifi

Gostou: Proximity to wooler, pitch was good size. Staff friendly

Não gostou: Toilet and shower facilities were tired and need an upgrade. Toilets were not very clean.

Gostou: Lovely pitch sizes facilities were easy to access absolutely spotless and well maintained grounds were well maintained and beautiful we saw various ducks and ducklings just wandering around Great place for the dogs to walk

Não gostou: Some older people allowing dogs to be off lead especially with the wildlife wandering about
