Do gerente: Thank you for your positive ratings for Customer Service, Cleanliness and Wi-Fi. In response to your lower ratings:
Location 5/10 - our ‘Pitch Up; description clearly states that we are ‘a relaxed site in the quiet village of Holmpton’.
Value for money 6/10 - our £25 per night tariff for a pitch with electric hook up is fully in line with all other local camp sites that you will find open at this time of year.
Facilities/Activities 4/10 - we were able to pitch you on a hard standing area within easy access of the electric point, water and waste disposal points. The washroom was fully open with access to toilet, unlimited shower, washing up sink area, fridge, microwave, kettle, book borrowing/swapping and local information literature. We are not sure what type of ‘activities’ you expected to see whilst you were here at the end of December?
Access to the beach from the village is possible in the summer months but unfortunately is not safe during the winter. However, a short drive of 2 miles to Withernsea or 3 miles to Easington gives easy access to the beach all year round.
We are sorry that you would not recommend us to friends or that you do not plan to visit us again - unlike the majority of our guests throughout the year.

Gostou Our first stay at Elm Tree Farm we really loved it so peaceful .shower block was lovely and clean the Campsite owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed we would definitely recommend staying here and will revisit again in the near future .

Gostou It's a fabulous campsite. Small and friendly. The field is flat and sheltered. Very quiet and the host is amazing. It's really peaceful and the lady who runs it is very helpful and has lots of information about local places. The facilities are clean and kept in a nice condition.

Gostou What a lovely little site. The owners are very friendly. It has 9 pitches which can be electrical hookup. The price for hookup is very reasonable compared to other sites.
When pitching, make sure you have some rock pegs as the ground can be a bit stony in places.

It is a dog friendly site.

The facilities are also great. There are two toilets and showers next to the camping field. These are on the smaller size but there is also a larger toilet and showers next in the washroom/ kitchen area.
The showers are lovely and warm. They are also continuous so no pressing buttons every ten seconds. There is an honesty box for the showers (£1 suggested donation however we gave more as I couldn’t get my son out of them :))


The kitchen has a washing up area, fridge freezer, microwave and kettle. There is also a little library.

There is also an option to preorder breakfast barms or purchase craft beers.

We are definitely booking again for next year.

We had a lovely peaceful week.

Gostou Second visit to this site and like the first it was spot on. It is a tidy and well run site and the owner is there to welcome you with a beer.

Gostou Well kept family site friendly people who look after you handy for withernsea small enough to be quiet with generous level pitches sheltered area nothing to dislike nice little touches electric kettle microwave and washing up sink in kitchenette many thanks

Gostou Liked/loved everything! Cannot wait to return. Gina was brilliant; there if you needed anything. Always plenty of loo rolls. Showers and toilet clean.

Thank you Gina for taking the children off to see the chickens and sheep whilst my daughter & I put the tents up - much appreciated 👏
