Who doesn’t like the convenience of having farm-fresh produce just a short stroll from their pitch? Well, at Martins Farm Shop Certificated Location, that’s exactly what you’re getting. Think about the hassles you’ll be saving yourself at this Norfolk site for Caravan and Motorhome Club (CAMC) members only: no need to deal with supermarket car park traffic, no need to load and unload the car… just homegrown veggies, eggs, milk, meats, cheeses and bread right at your fingertips. And that’s the barbecue sorted without even breaking a sweat. There is more than the abundant local produce to commend this well-maintained site, though. Its peaceful vibe, for starters, which is probably partly due to children not being allowed here. Neither are dogs, so your sleep won’t be disrupted by someone else’s canine companion howling at the moon. Each touring pitch comes with electric hook-up and a water tap, and there’s chemical disposal on site. Martins Farm Shop is also handily located for several of the region’s top sights. Fancy a day at the seaside? Cromer (half an hour’s drive) has a wide sandy beach and a long pier with dining options and a performance venue. Active types also head to the coast to hike the Norfolk Coast Path, which can be accessed from Salthouse Beach (25 minutes); National Trust - Blakeney National Nature Reserve (25 minutes), which is home to a large colony of grey seals, plus nesting and migrating birds, is a hit with wildlife watchers.

Gostou Amazing communication from the site owners. Beautiful quiet setting and immaculate site. Karen was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful with all the information to make sure we had a lovely relaxing stay.

Gostou What a wonderful little site, the whole stay was bliss. Quiet, tranquil location, really scenic looking out over fields. The farm shop over the road is a delight, fabulous local produce. We wandered down to the village hall on Friday night for a drink at the little bar there and were made to feel very welcome. Karen & Jason you have a lovely little site, don’t change a thing. Can’t wait to stay again so we’ve just booked again for Oct.

Gostou Site was exceptional quiet, just as we like. Fantastic little shop at farm gates, delicious ice cream. Karen and Jason incredibly friendly but not in your face all the time. Ideal for a relaxing get away.

Não gostou Typical Norfolk having poor mobile phone signal, but didn't detract from our time there.

Gostou Absolutely everything about this site is amazing and a gem of the Norfolk countryside , stanley in particular was so friendly as was his dad , the wildlife is second to non , and a farm shop on site to get all your local produce for meals etc,brilliant 👏

Home to a collection of Old Masters and interiors such as the opulent Venetian Bedroom, Holkham Hall (35 minutes’ drive) is an 18th-century mansion. Open-air areas range from a walled garden to extensive parkland inhabited by deer. There are also a handful of National Trust properties in the area, including Blickling Estate (20 minutes) and Felbrigg Hall (30 minutes). The splendid cathedral in Norwich (45 minutes), which dates back from the 11th century, has a vertiginously tall spire that provides a nesting ground for peregrine falcons. Just outside the city centre, the Plantation Garden has colourful flower beds and elegant paths. Explore the history of King’s Lynn (55 minutes) at True’s Yard Fisherfolk Museum and Stories of Lynn - Museum and Old Gaol Cells, two museums displaying artefacts related to the town’s fishing and trading heritage respectively. Take a stroll along the River Great Ouse Path, which skirts the water and leads to open countryside.
