Gostou: Very relaxed & friendly. Good Entertainment.. Food was amazing.

Não gostou: Although chose the lively field to stay in we weren't expecting hardcore trance to be being played 48hours solid, rather loudly so had about 8hours sleep the whole 3 nights we were there.

Gostou: Everything! This is the whole camping experience that ticks all those boxes! The views, the staff, the friendly atmosphere, the party atmosphere, the dog friendly site, the food and ents, and the relaxed attitude.

Gostou: Everything about the site was spot on! Owner very pleasant and always going round checking everyone’s ok and enjoying them selves and of course getting us up to dance. Amazing entertainment clean facilities best site we’ve been to by far! Highly recommended we will be returning

Gostou: We were left to get on without any interference one we had paid. Is a superb venue for large parties, private bookings etc.

Não gostou: Rude owner/manager. Who seemed to be very confused by our booking. Told us we had not order EHU till I showed my confirmation. 14 child was not allowed on main field until 1pm due to nature of a private booking. But owner had accepted our booking for the main field with a child. Reluctantly agreed to stay due to not arriving till late evening. Family Field slopes badly and no EHU available. Owner consistently blamed PITCH UP for misleading g us when we tried to raise things with her

Do gerente: We are sorry that you did not have a satisfactory experience with us. However, you did book on a weekend which was clearly labeled as an adult only weekend. We offer many wonderful family weekends at OTG with lots of activities and fun things for children but this weekend was especially marketed as an adult only party weekend. Our family field is beautifully flat but we were not able to put you on this field due to the nature of the weekend. Instead of turning you away as we should have done, we allocated you a huge pitch in an adjoining field and offered to run you out electric from the main site or refund you. I organised last min portaloos so you would have facilities and a window for the kids to briefly enter main site to shower. Many campsites consist of a field without any facilities and so you did not miss out on anything, had you read the write up properly and not booked an adult only weekend then you would have been able to access the music domes with your children but we work hard to maintain a suitable and safe space for minors I do not believe I was rude to you at all, indeed I did my best to accommodate you after you had incorrectly booked. I went out of my way to make you as comfortable as I could despite you being very grumpy with me and my crew If you would like to come back on a family weekend then you would be very welcome Kind Regards Maaike Dawson Events Coordinator OTG
