The Green Caravan Park

Gostou: We received a warm welcome to this lovely little sight. Our pitch was by the river under the trees, it was a good size on even ground. Had everything we needed, toilets and showers, although a little dated were clean and there was lots of hot water. Pub and shop up the shortcut path. Nice to see bird boxes in the trees and even had a visit from the ducks.

Não gostou: Gorgeous river running through site which is easily accessible- be mindful if you have children.

Gostou: Very friendly and informative staff. Very peaceful and tranquil site with access to interesting local walks. Handy well stocked shop nearby. Pub literally in the site has great choice of food and is excellently served.

Não gostou: No WiFi and extremely poor TV reception ( we couldn't receive a signal). Maybe an issue if you are get stuck in due to poor weather

Gostou: Lovely site, access to walks from the campsite and dog walks. The site has everything you need and the shop over the road is fab. We will be back!

Gostou: Lovely pitch. Facilities good. Friendly owners . Lin went above and beyond to help us out as our gas run out. The inn on the green pub is excellent. Great food and friendly hosts. Highly recommended

Gostou: Nice and quiet site with lovely surroundings. Owner was lovely and gave a warm welcome with a leaflet of surrounding bits and bobs. Facilities are acceptable and showers, although not very powerful had plenty of hot water. Pitch was level and decent.

Gostou: We were welcomed by Lin she was very pleasant showed us around and said we could choose are pitch. She was very honest about the toilet and showers being in need of updating . However they were clean plenty of hot water even to wash your plates ect which we have found to be rare. There was a washing machine ect. The views were stunning, the site was quiet, a pub and convenient store within a minutes walk. We will definitely return.

Gostou: Absolutely beautiful very relaxing and quiet 😎. Lovely welcome on arrival, good facilities, perfect little shop up the lane with home made food, along with a lovely pub in a short walk. Great place for the dog lovely walks. 10/10

Gostou: Clean facilities, lovely flat pitch. kids enjoyed playing in the stream and on the park. Couple of pubs in walking distance - beautiful site and we will be back!

Gostou: Our first stay at The Green Campsite and we're already checking our calendar to plan another visit soon. A lovely, quiet site with very friendly owners/staff. Our pitch was opposite the river Onny on hardstanding/gravel, lots of room. Although the toilets/showers are a little dated they were spotlessly clean whatever time of the day or night you used them. Lots of lovely walks and the pub and shop at the entrance to the site were a bonus. Can imagine it's a delight for children with the park area and the little river that they can paddle in, not the right time of the year for us to try this though.
