Gostou Very quiet, beautiful view and clean toilets

Não gostou Location was slightly harder to find as address takes you to the farm before but when you get there the gate is well sign posted

Gostou Very peaceful campsite with lovely views. There was a great little kitchen with fridge, toaster and kettle, which was very helpful. The shower was warm, clean and free to use without a meter. The owners were very helpful on arrival and when we had some questions in advance of our stay. If you don't mind climbing the steep hill up to the campsite then it is possible to visit without a car and walk to Eyam, Baslow or Curbar Gap in 1-1.5 hours.

Não gostou The toilets got a little clogged up at times and ran out of toilet paper by the end of the day. This was replenished later, but perhaps there could be more of a supply.

Gostou Quiet location and site. New amenties were really good! Love the free showers and the fact they have a kitchen with fridge, freezer and kettle and toaster. This made it really stand out.
The size of the campsite gave that wild camp feel with luxury amenities when needed.
Pub at the bottom of the hill which was needed on the way back from a long before tackling the climb.

Gostou This camp site is in a really nice spot with stunning views over the valley below. The facilities looked brand new (I think they were) and were extremley clean. We turned up, found a pitch and set our stuff up with no hassle at all. They had goats, everyone loves goats.

Gostou Lovely quiet site. Great views. Nice pub very close by (Moon Inn), little sheep and goats in a pen which my kids loved.
Toilets, showers and kitchen area. Nice flower display in showers which I liked.

Não gostou The water did go off at one point so it would be good to have someone on site to sort out any issues. Is no showers running water and no flush in toilets. Otherwise great little site. Toilet and showers could be a little cleaner but weren’t too bad.

Gostou This was an great pitch and in an amazing location for access to the Peak District. Perfect for climbers or walkers. The food prep area was an added bonus especially with the wind we had, the fridge and kettle helped out immensely! This will be our come to campsite when visiting the Peaks

Gostou Easy to find, beautiful views, animals for the children to see.
Very clean toilets/showers/kitchen block and useful to have a fridge.
Not too busy. Could book last minute which we have to do

Não gostou One woman had a go at me and my children for taking too long in the one toilet...and even argued with my son that there was a second toilet round the back as it wasn't signposted.

Gostou What a wonderful campsite... Things like communal fridges, a toaster, tea and coffee making and even heat proof slabs to put my stove on... Such perfect little touches.

Não gostou The very steep drive from the village... Feel like it needed a health warning😂

Haha, yes, it makes for a challenging walk back from the pub too :-)

Gostou Ideal little site - visited as it was opening and may well visit again!
Handy site for exploring Eyam, and situated with a lovely view across the valley. Good toilet/shower block, though could maybe do with a concrete path around it to keep mud out of the stalls. Well appointed washup/kitchen area - maybe add a bigger bin though.

Gostou Lovely peaceful site. We were one of the first to stay after it opened. Toilet /shower block is nice and new but could perhaps need a mop in each toilet for people to clean after themselves as it got muddy quite quickly when the floor was wet. Also a bigger bin in the kitchen area or a wheelie bin outside on site as there was a lot of rubbish left in the kitchen.
Once these little issues are ironed out this will be a lovely site.

Do gerente: As a new site we appreciate the feedback Jaime, one of the showers had a leak which has since been fixed and we have a bigger bin now. :)
