Polubione Good bus service a walk up the road and Brugge was beautiful the sandy beach by the lake was very nice too

Niepolubione Very basic site toilets and showers where dirty and could do with another block as they where very busy and the availability to purchase supplies from shops was 10 minutes down the road site had had very poor quality restaurants and very smelly drains

Niepolubione Swimming pool locker keys are really old and just fall off and the toilets on the touring park were not very clean even after the cleaner had been in there

Niepolubione Facilities were not very clean either the toilets and shower because were dirty and not cleaned as they should be. The shop was very basic and staff most unhelpful the food available on site is a pizza shop that do milkshakes. The pizzas were not very good at all had better out of the freezer and the milkshake were very, very poor quality for the price the chocolate one was literally taste like a bit of Next powder and milk rubbish

Od administratora: Thank you for your recent visit Chycarne is set within an area of outstanding natural beauty and Kennack sands beach is a short walk is a delight but unfortunately is there was not enough space on the beach then this really is out of our control. I am totally surprised at your comments regarding unhelpful staff as this is contrary to most that visit and find our staff pleasant, friendly and very helpful maybe you had a request that they were unable to facilitate At Chycarne there are three toilet and shower blocks available all cleaned a minimum of three times a day again highly unusual that we have any negative comments on there cleanliness but I guess scoring us a 10 out 10 for cleanliness is a true evaluation on the facilities as you found them The Shop reception sells a range of everyday basic items but its no supermarket Our on site takeaway pizzeria serves to order fresh stone baked pizza's but maybe its your preference and prefer frozen pizza's but most that partake in having one of our pizza's certainly enjoy them as for the milkshakes we can not do better than making them with real Cornish chocolate ice cream and local Cornish milk from the nearby farm maybe they were just too good for the pallet for some Chycarne

Niepolubione Took several drive arounds to find a space and not in the gild I had booked Very over crowded and a free for all and lots of people were mentioning it there were Toilet attendance on site toilets were reasonably clean shower cubicle very small were too small bit disappointing that you are not advised to book activities before arrival

You are correct, our park is very large, but that just means there’s so much more to enjoy! I am sorry that you experienced difficulties with your pitch allocation and that it felt overcrowded. At peak times, the park can be very busy, and we understand how frustrating it can be when pitches don’t match bookings. Our touring team are continually working on ways to make arrivals smoother and ensure everyone is allocated appropriately. We have worked hard to ensure our entertainment and activities are available for all guests, offering lots of variety so everyone can have fun. Regarding activities, we provide an activities link to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to book and to maintain safety. You can book up to 2 weeks in advance and plan your visit ahead of time. You can also view the full activity and entertainment programme online via the link. Our touring teams follow a regular cleaning rota and are available to ensure the shower blocks are clean and ready for all our guests until late in the evening. Thank you again for your detailed feedback it’s in our nature to take all comments seriously so we can keep improving the park for everyone.

Polubione We really liked how quiet the site was it was very clean and tidy with lots of places for my daughter to explore and nice little village is just a nice walk away

Niepolubione The only negative is there is limited patchy phone signal and only WiFi at the reception that is not very fast

Polubione Great location was good test for my newly built Campervan as it is just a field with no facilities. my daughter loved seeing all the wildlife on our walks/bike rides
