Niepolubione Pitch was in shade all day. Set up of waste , electric and water was totally messed up. All in different places. Finally the road noise was horrendous, stayed for theee nights and didn’t have a good nights sleep. Train track below site , A55 above constant noise.

The park’s layout, including the positioning of the electric, water and waste points, was designed before we took over the site, so some pitches do have services located in slightly different positions depending on the plot. To help with this, we do have extension leads available to hire for a small refundable deposit, and our team is always happy to assist guests with any setup issues.

We believe no concerns regarding the water or electric hook-up were raised with our team during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have been more than happy to help, and we can confirm that alternative pitches were available at the time.

Being close to the railway line and within easy access of the A55 does mean there can be some background noise at times. However, this location also makes the park a convenient base for exploring North Wales and the surrounding areas.

We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the easy access to the beach, but we're sorry that overall your stay wasn’t as comfortable as we would have hoped.

Polubione Good size pitches. Excellent customer service. Clean facilities. Lovely views over the sea and railway. Excellent position. Nice walk down the beach which is stoney.

Niepolubione Noise from the trains on the railway line could bother some but definitely not us. Coming from London, noise is not a problem.

Thank you also for your feedback regarding the men’s showers. Following your comments, we did check the facilities and can confirm that there is a mop and bucket available in the men’s toilets for guest use. However, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it may not have been clearly visible at the time, and we will review the positioning and signage to ensure it’s easy to find.

In terms of cleaning products, unfortunately we’re unable to leave these out for guest use due to COSHH regulations and general Health & Safety requirements. All cleaning chemicals must be stored securely, and our team carry out regular cleaning checks throughout the day to maintain standards.

Niepolubione Limited shower availability at peak times. Quiet close to the road which resulted in a lot of noise, especially early morning.

We understand that the road noise can be an issue especially more so depending on weather conditions, such as direction of wind and rain and can see you were on one of our pitches located close to the main road. We always do our best to allocate pitches to suit guest preferences where possible, so please do let us know when booking if you would prefer a pitch further from the roadside.

Polubione We liked this site very much shower block clean all times just some people let it down when not cleaning there mess up.The showers was great lovely hot water. The pitches are great everything was great about this site and will stop here again if we don't move to north Wales only these few days was to look for property down there
