Polubione We had a lovely stay. The site is very clean and well kept, and it’s only a pleasant 20‑minute walk into Beverley through the back gate. The showers and toilets are new, spotless, and cleaned twice a day. Paying for the showers feels fair, though £2.50 is a little steep — £1.00 would feel more reasonable.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were given a fantastic pitch overlooking the lake and close to the facilities. Overall, we were really impressed and will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Niepolubione No awnings as it's a large concrete pitch. It should be clearer on the site that they aren't really allowed. Although I'm sure there is a way to pitch it on concrete with the edge of the awning on the grass, but we weren't willing to try it, probs too much hassle.
No WiFi (we're not bothered) and the 4G isn't great, or at least not for our providers.

Polubione Really quiet site - 40 min walk into Beverley.

Lovely ponds around the site.

Niepolubione Showers were quite expensive at £2.50 a time, pitches for the motorhome are more a set up for statics/lodges.

Location was ideal for visiting Beverly.

Niepolubione Put on a static pitch so no dropped kerb to drive on to. Being charged £2.50 per person to use the showers on top of the pitch fee, and having to faff about trying to get hold of staff when you arrive outside of office hours in order to purchase the shower tokens. Showers were however clean.

Polubione Great location, and plenty of space on the pitch.

Niepolubione £2.50 for a shower, clean shower block but small for the number on site. Dusbins full, and no toilet paper in the middle of the day. Only one water point that we could find. This is site it not built to accommodate tourers and no doubt won't have them when the static business take off and the construction is complete.

Polubione Great location for Beverley , just a short walk in, lovely little town, we had a pitch in the corner where theres was a gate to shortcut to main road then cut through housing estate. Train station to explore further afield. Run by a family who are working hard to finish the site which is still being done but no noise to bother you, very friendly and helpful, doing their best , and a great job they are doing. We were on a hardstanding pitch that I think in time will have a lodge on it but they helped us with ramps for the curbs. Shower block, lovely and new (need to buy tokens from reception). No washing up facilities if that bothers you.

Polubione Nice and quiet site , lovely lad who works on site parked our van for us as I couldn't get it onto pitch. Couldn't reach the water but he helped us solve that.
