Likte Lovely communication from the staff. The rest rooms and showers were immaculate the best we have used. Lovely large pitches with picnic tables already there.

Likte ikke No facilities open not even the toilets or showers even though the government are allowing it. We only stayed the one night instead of five e mailed them to say we were leaving and no reply. Very expensive as it was 173.00 for five nights and all you get is a pitch.

The corona virus pandemic has had a major impact on the 2021 season here at St Audries and throughout our industry. Shower Blocks can reopen but only if they can do so in a covid safe way, and we are unable to do so with our facilities at this time. We make every effort to let guests know at the point of booking with us what facilities will and will not be on offer to them during their stay these details are also on the Pitch up website. We hope to see you again during easier times.

Likte ikke electric hook up was an extension lead. Toilet block locked during the day. Not like the pictures.

Fra bestyreren: Toilet block is open for campers in day, just needed to ask reception or staff member to open ( this was explained in welcome letter & email, unfortunately not many campers read ), to maintain social distancing in changing facilities we cannot allow more than 2-3 persons in at once (or family group). With a lot of swimmers & divers on site, the easiest way is to open for specific camper groups, otherwise would be 15 swimmers changing in with you. we can't have someone on door counting numbers in or out. All leads come from individually fused distribution boxes on each end of the building which you are welcome to run your own cables down to if prefer. Not sure which photo incorrect, but customers posted photos give a good representation of the site.

Likte Lovely clean site. Adhering to the covid regulations. Friendly staff which makes you feel really welcome. Would recommend to anyone for a lovely relaxing break. Wonderful food in the pub and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

Likte ikke un level pitches only one shower and one outside toilet for the whole site. People just oitched tents where ever they liked. There was only one water tap and that was right infant of our pitch so had the whole site staring through our window. Charged me full price for pitch even though we had paid a deposit. Food in the pub was expensive and burnt.

Fra bestyreren: Thank you for your comments. We actually have 2 outside toilets one of which has a shower in it. We also have toilet facilities within the pub when the pub is open. There are also two water taps on site, one of which is within the camping field. Sorry you had to experience people staring in through your window, this unfortunately happens at campsites. The food in the pub is very reasonably and competitively priced, the most expensive dish on the menu is £12.50 and our sunday roast is only £11.50 most in the area start over £15.00. As for paying full price for your pitch you must not have stated that you booked via pitchup, if this had been the case the deposit would have been taken of the amount. If you had spoken to my while you were here i would have been able to refund you the £3 deposit you paid.

Likte ikke They advertised it as adults only. No one under the age of 18. But a notice by the showers say children under 18 can come and stay with grand parents. We choose this site as we live next door to screaming children and wanted some peace and quiet. But we had screaming children next door to us on the site. So this spoilt the stay.
