Perhaps our modest facilities, working farm surroundings and lack of WiFi were a little too far removed from the luxury you’re accustomed to. For future reference, we would recommend booking a five-star hotel with a concierge, room service and reliable internet. It may prove a more suitable environment for your requirements. As for your private comment about refugees, we find that particularly distasteful. We welcome guests from all backgrounds, and we would never judge someone’s worth by where they come from or their circumstances. Your comparison with third-world countries is quite a statement. We hope your next holiday provides the facilities and company you feel you deserve.
