Likte Quiet, relaxed, great location with the river right next to the campsite

Likte ikke Only one toilet is the only thing I would change, when we were there there was only one other tent there but I imagine if it was busy you'd be waiting sometimes. It was kept lovely and clean though so I have left it at 10 stars.

Likte Perfect wild camping. Just a field and you (with two clean portaloos 🤣).

Likte The river was amazing,great for big and little kids. The view was lovely, great nature and trains passing by but not too close. Clean field, loos and neighbours not too noisy for kids to sleep at night. Nice walks nearby. Perfect! Will be back soon!

Likte ikke No showers available, if you're staying for more than a couple of nights, this could be a problem.

Likte Size of campsite

Likte ikke Toilets left without toilet roll from 8pm on Saturday night until 9am Sunday. Not fun with young children. Also was promised by staff at 7pm on Saturday that they would get more firewood as they had run out of stock. Told to go back in half an hour, we did but it hadn't arrived yet. Told to go back again in half an hour to find the staff had all gone home and locked up for the night. Not impressed. Need to review customer service skills!

Likte Easygoing owner, very friendly. Beautiful views around the campsite! Toilet was basic but very clean and loo roll was provided which was great.

Likte ikke The toilet and shower were basic. Fine for us as we were only there one night but couldn't imagine showering little kids there.
