Likte Everything! I’m still dreaming of the Shepherds hut and those fresh eggs. Honestly everything was perfect - the location (including of the hut we stayed in). Facilities in the hut and on the site were great - I especially liked the lodge area filled with games, books, garden toys and no WiFi - total sunmer camp vibes. We were there as a couple but I would 100% bring kids here. It felt secluded, but you were near enough other guests that it felt wild yet super safe. It’s clear to see the owners built this place with care and passion - every wee detail has been thought of and just when you think that’s it there’s more - juicy brambles right outside the door, their range of on site animals, and the star gazing seats outside the hut… And a shout out to their polite wee helpers bringing fresh daily ice packs! 5 stars.
