We do try to see and welcome everyone on their day of arrival, although unfortunately it sounds like we may have missed you during our walk around the site that evening – apologies for that. For future reference, the pre-arrival email we send includes a link to our site map, alongside your allocated pitch number. All of our facilities, including the rubbish and recycling area, are clearly marked on the map. The email also includes a link to our online guest book, which contains useful information about the site and your stay, including details of our free Wi-Fi and how to connect. We’re sorry you weren’t able to find everything you needed during your short stay, but we appreciate the feedback and hope we can welcome you back another time.
