Likte ikke The facilities on the site are woefully inadequate. The site was very full on my visit for both camping and vans. There are only four sit down male toilets for the whole site. There is only one on the camping site (The Meadow). It is obviously a problem for female facilities as well because on numerous occasions women came into the male toilet waiting to use the male facilities. It is not nice having women looking over your shoulder whilst you are using the urinal. If that situation was reversed I'm sure there would be complaints made to the management. It is a shame because if the facilities were improved it would be a truly good site.

Likte There was nothing not to like on this site. The check in process was easy with courteous, friendly staff. The site is very well kept with excellent facilities. The pitch was a good size, clean and level. The location is perfect for exploring the local area with plenty to see and do within a short drive. Unfortunately we had a problem with our caravan and regrettably had to leave early. All in all I would highly recommend this site.

Likte The site is very peaceful and is located in a very nice rural setting. It is close to lots of interesting places. It was very quiet at night so as mentioned before very peaceful. The site was easy to find and access is very close to a main road, no small lanes to navigate.

Likte ikke The site facilities whilst perfectly serviceable they are not really plentiful. Only one shower each in the male and female amenity block. The site was not very busy during my stay so I did not encounter any real problems but I would imagine access to showers may be problematical during busy periods. WiFi is basically non existent on the touring pitches. I found it impossible to get a TV signal through my ariel. That maybe the equipment in my van I really don't know. The dog poo waste bin was situated directly opposite my pitch. It was full to overflowing before it was emptied which due to the extremely hot weather caused quite a smell. You also have to pass right by the bin on the way up to the toilet. Probably need re-siting or emptying more regularly
