Likte ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a lovely stay at this campsite in Wales and would definitely recommend it. The owner, Len, was incredibly helpful, polite and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He was especially kind and accommodating when I needed to change my dates while travelling with my young daughter, which I really appreciated. Len took the time to show us around when we arrived and was genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. He even asked us about our day climbing Snowdon, which was a really nice personal touch and made us feel very welcome. The campsite itself was very clean, quiet and peaceful, with lovely surroundings. The showers were clean and having a microwave and fridge available was such a useful touch for campers. We also really enjoyed being able to walk around the farm and enjoy the peaceful countryside. It was exactly what we needed after a busy day exploring. A lovely campsite with a friendly and genuinely helpful owner. Thank you, Len, for making us feel so welcome and for being so accommodating. We’d happily stay again! 🏕️😊

Likte Spacious pitches, very quiet and clean. Nice host who came to greet us! Showers huge and very clean. Would definitely return :)

Likte ikke Unsafe and badly managed. Strong smell of drugs, loud music late at night, dog mess everywhere and no clear pitches. As a young woman alone with a child I felt unwelcome and unsafe – even overheard being called a “silly cow.” Owner laughed at my concerns. I left early and lost money. Avoid this site.

Fra bestyreren: Hi Rebecca, we’re sorry to hear your unpleasant experience at Crystal lakes . Although concerning the smell of drugs we cannot control the publics behaviour and this happened to be one of our busiest weekends of the whole year , regarding the loud music and dog mess - we do have a curfew at 10:30pm and unfortunately some campers choose to not respect vital site rules- and for the dog mess , we happen to live in a densely populated avian area which results in goose droppings and we very certainly assure you it is not dog mess due to our site being maintained consistently .Once again we cannot control the public behaviour on a very busy bank holiday - thank you .

Likte Very helpful owner :) Was my first time camping alone with my daughter and nothing was too much trouble! Very lovely site!
