Likte We absolutely loved our stay here. The views were beautiful, and the size of the camping pitches was fantastic, plenty of space and privacy. What really stood out to us was how calm and peaceful the site was. Even during the school holidays, it was incredibly quiet and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception staff were some of the nicest we’ve come across on a campsite. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were also spotless and clearly very well looked after. We choose this site as we were walking Scarfell Pike one day, which was only a short drive away. Perfect location. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this campsite. We’ll certainly be back. Ps/ take a walk up to viewpoint through the woodland walk, the views at the top are the best!

Likte ikke The only downside was that there was just one toilet/shower block for the number of people camping, on a morning it was sometimes a fight to wash your hands for the amount of people quing to use the basin.
