Likte Lovely spot. Nice quality toilets and showers. Great walking access to the fens and only a short 20min walk to the local pub along a quiet track.

Likte Really lovely site, well maintained and cared for. Loads of space. The camping area looked lovely. Not many other campers, but those we met were super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to Frome, great to visit local spots.

Likte ikke Yes, there is a busy road close by and train tracks, but we didn’t really notice these in the evening.

Likte Lovely site with great views. Easy to walk to local pubs. Great access to the ridgeway and chiltern way. Portaloos and showers are cleaned regularly. Enjoyed the quiet.

Likte Loved the actual space, the wildflower meadow is fabulous to camp by and just watch the insects darting in and out. Brilliantly located to footpaths and the local pub, which is perfect with a dog to avoid road walking. Lovely and quiet.

Likte ikke Could do with a few more showers. Surprised at the amount of dogs wandering around off lead (not including the sheep dogs). Only one drinking water tap, which is also the washing up area can cause queues.

It really is such an amazing space that it so close to town yet somehow hidden in the hills. We do have two drinking taps in the main field and one in the Alpaca field, I'm so sorry you didn't locate these. Please let us know on your next visit and we will show you where to find them.

Likte Lovely campsite that is hosted by the wonderful Mark and Ali. It’s compact, with everything that you could need either onsite or close by. The honesty hut with hot drinks, snacks and fresh eggs from the chickens is so well thought out. The shower and toilets are clean and well looked after. There’s a kitchen area for washing up with a fridge and microwave as well if you need it. There are pubs within walking distance (no road walking too) and the local farm shop is small but has everything you could think of. There’s even a pair of red kites that frequent the smallholding and you can watch them riding the thermals above your head. Add to that the amazing pottery studio and gallery onsite. If you’re interested in pottery, either learning to do it or specific firing techniques then this is your place! Ali runs workshops and teaches so it’s worth seeing if you can combine some camping with some potting!

Likte Big open pitches. A well stocked farm shop onsite with plants (dangerous!).

Likte Lovely little back to nature site. Peaceful with great views across the valley. Showers were fab. Compost toilets on point. Option to get some basic goods if needed.

Likte Wonderful little site. Super clean toilet and shower block. Delightfully peaceful. Great location for walks, exploring or wandering to the local pubs. Would go back in a heartbeat.
